We only began to look at the menu when Johannes..." enticed my husband with fresh Flounder, the day's catch, lightly pan fried with a mango sauce, fresh sliced mango and plantain, prepared in a traditional Panamanian style, Patacones. Looking for a bit more variety on the plate (which was silly, really) I chose Johannes's recommendation of a Seafood Combination prepared with garlic and herbs, accompanied by coconut rice.

"The salads in the area are good and fresh, BUT my chef's salad, as an appetizer, was AMAZING : there were ham, chicken, hard boiled eggs, fresh veggies, and I forget what else : that's how complex and delicious it was!!! the fish was cooked to perfection - we ordered different versions, AND we ha..."d fresh veggies.
