Always delicious!

Just tried this West Island bistro last week. Firstly, the service was excellent; I had booked a table for two, but then called to add a third person. They were fully booked and mentioned that we may have to sit at the bar. But about an hour later they called me back to advise that they had been able to... More

Every time that I go to Bistro Nolah, it is just a wonderful experience. Just thinking of the restaurant makes me salivate. To begin, the ambiance is wonderful! The waiters and waitresses are elegantly dressed. Tasteful black dress for the waitresses and suit and tie for the waiters. The food is AMAZING! Every bite is a joy and I savour... More

The food is so good here, it should be illegal. It was my second time at Nolah last week. The first time, I was totally awed by the fried oysters, so perfect, they didn't even taste like oysters. The desert, not always on the menu, was a banana mousse with a buttery and sweet bourbon topping. Totally to die for!!!... More

We've been to Nolah's a couple of times and each time, it has been consistently YUM! I love the nouvelle cuisine meets the bayou feel of both the restaurant and the food itself. The grits are to die for, the sea food cooked and spiced to perfection. We thoroughly enjoyed the inspired taster menu the last time we went. Nolah is... More

One later... My wife and I decided to go to this restaurant one year after have been to New Orleans. We ate Fry Oysters, Crab Cakes, BBQ Shrimp, Jambalaya, Beignets... It was delicious. Even the Hurricane drink was bringing me back some memories of Bourdon Street. Only thing that was missing is some Jazz music.

A slice of New Orleans and its creole fare seemed the perfect place for lunch on a frosty winter day. Located in a small strip mall, the sunny windows and yellow decor are warm and inviting, and the food is outstanding. As appetizers, we started with a good arugula salad and a super cream of sweet potato soup, followed by... More

My husband and I decided to test out this restaurant last week. After having visited New Orleans and loving the food, our expectations were pretty high! This place delivered on all accounts. We started with the french onion soup, the creole inspired cesar salad and the Louisiana crab cakes which were simply divine. My husband then ordered the rack of... More

I love this restaurant!! I've been there a couple of times with family for birthday celebrations. The food is consistently fantastic ( the macaroni and cheese is to die for), the service is impeccable. It's a small restaurant, maybe 20 tables and the environment is very intimate and quiet. It's at the end of a strip mall, but once you're... More
