We found Sammy's to have a classy feel, with corresponding prices, but the food and service were not quite up to par. The food was not bad, but we all felt that it wasn't worth the price. We were very happy to find that Foley's Pub just down the street was back in season for dinner service and better enjoyed... More

We ordered the house burgers and boy were they tasty. Cheese, bacon, homemade ketchup, chips, slaw and salad. This is quite a meal for lunch, but every bite was DELICIOUS!! The views from the cafe are also great, overlooking the beach and ocean. We visited on a highly stormy day, but that just made the experinece more memorable.

What a treat to stop along the Dingle Way for such delicious food. We would have been happy to just get out of the mist and have something warm, but encountered some of the best food in our trip to Ireland. Best seafood chowder: fresh, flavorful, not overly thickened with potato or flour. Amazing cheesecake, and other desserts. Everything was... More

Nice selection of food and desserts. Staff were pleasant and the food was nice. Large pots of tea and generous portions of food. Highly recommended.

We found Sammy's very uninspiring, the owner more interesting in tapping his laptop, the staff were in training. The only reason for having a coffee here (which was very bitter – yuk) was to warm us up, plus the amazing view of Inch Beach which cannot be compared to any other beach I know. But no-one said good bye when... More

Hi SaveTheBees, Really, really sorry that Sammy's didn't leave a good impression with you. Genuinely we really do try, but no excuses from our side if you caught us on a bad day. All we can say is that we will try harder. We'll immediately investigate why the coffee wasn't right for you on the day, and will meet with... More

After a bracing walk on Inch beach Sammy's is the place to stop awhile and take in the views over a warm cuppa and beautiful scones.

I guess you gotta pay for the prime location! American 2,80 and a slice of carrot cake 4,50 EUR... a bit more than average, but hey, you got a great view and a would be a great place for a break after some surfing or walk in the dunes.

views of the roaring ocean ... you might even get covered in sea spray. Can be windswept, galeforce or blazing sunshine any day or all within the space of a half hour. Decent food at reasonable prices. Staff are lovely.

This was the second time myself and some friends have had NYE dinner at Sammys. It has become my favorite place to eat on this holiday. We had the set menu, I had the mushroom soup and the steak. The soup was excellent and the steak was cooked to perfection despite it being a very busy night. They were out... More
