Bitter Coffee but Beautiful Views

We found Sammy's very uninspiring, the owner more interesting in tapping his laptop, the staff were in training. The only reason for having a coffee here (which was very bitter – yuk) was to warm us up, plus the amazing view of Inch Beach which cannot be compared to any other beach I know. But... read more

Hi SaveTheBees, Really, really sorry that Sammy's didn't leave a good impression with you. Genuinely we really do try, but no excuses from our side if you caught us on a bad day. All we can say is that we will try harder. We'll immediately investigate why the coffee wasn't right for you on the day, and will meet with... More

After a bracing walk on Inch beach Sammy's is the place to stop awhile and take in the views over a warm cuppa and beautiful scones.

I guess you gotta pay for the prime location! American 2,80 and a slice of carrot cake 4,50 EUR... a bit more than average, but hey, you got a great view and a would be a great place for a break after some surfing or walk in the dunes.

views of the roaring ocean ... you might even get covered in sea spray. Can be windswept, galeforce or blazing sunshine any day or all within the space of a half hour. Decent food at reasonable prices. Staff are lovely.

This was the second time myself and some friends have had NYE dinner at Sammys. It has become my favorite place to eat on this holiday. We had the set menu, I had the mushroom soup and the steak. The soup was excellent and the steak was cooked to perfection despite it being a very busy night. They were out... More

Good pastries and hot coffee - what else could you want on a windy fall day at an Irish beach? It's right on the beach at the parking lot with amazing views of the beach and ocean. Nice and relaxing...but watch out for seagulls!

Has to be the freshest, nicest scone I ever tasted. Stopped for a coffee en-route from Killarney. Location of Sammy's is spectacular. Cosy, friendly athmosphere. Had a coffee and then decided to have a scone. It was only €2 euro for the scone, which is very good value compare to other establishments in Ireland. It was so fresh and tasty... More

This establishment is situated on inch beach and the view is fantastic while dining here. To be honest we had many pastries and hot chocolates outside the restaurant during the day while walking on the beach before having dinner. When we had dinner it was super the food was marvellous fresh seafood and the service was second to none. Would... More

If you are driving the Wild Atlantic Way or just on your way to Dingle, there's no better place to stop for coffee than Sammy's. Just a little snack to get you to evening time and dinner at your destination. The coffee and pastries are very good. The bracing fresh air roaring in from the Atlantic is just the tonic... More
