Our last lunch in Tassie before heading back to the mainland. I had salt and pepper squid which melted in my mouth. The cherry salad dressing was a novelty - not sure i could taste cherries in it though. The other meals served to our table all looked fresh and appertising. Friendly, efficient service. Average prices, very well worth a... More

Group luncheon. Simple meals took a long time.. Service was good until meals served, then tapered off...deserts took even longer then orders were missing. Food was nice... Golden Syrup Dumplings great... Will go back but not in a hurry

We had a good night out, with fine food, drinks and good service at the Cherry Shed, Latrobe. Prices were reasonable and the atmosphere was comfortable.

This weekend we had a family gathering of 18 people for lunch at the Cherry Shed. The food was nicely served and tasty, but not outstanding. I've given The Cherry Shed a 5 star rating, however, because of the wonderful service. Unlike many venues which insist on one bill per table, the cafe has a system which is efficient and... More

The Cherry Shed serves wonderfully tasty and well prepared meals, many including cherries in various forms. Their chicken and cherry filo pastries with mushroom sauce far exceeded my expectations, as did their delightfully fluffy pancakes, which are served with cherry ice cream, whipped cream and chocolate sauce or cherry compote (our group tried both). From viewing other customers' meals it... More

Lunched here, staff friendly efficient and timely. Good range of freshly produced food. Reasonably priced in pleasant surroundings. The cherry ice cream with the pancakes was delicious. Lovely gift shop and fresh preserves available as well. Will drop in again.

Another must visit place. We did not try the food, but made a few purchases from their shop and they have all turned out really tasty. Would go there again.....

Second time, this time we came for cakes. Oops, the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake is to die for! We thought $8 was absolutely justified and the yummy cherry chocolate Mudcake was a real bargain at $4,50. What a fantastic gourmet experience.. so much better compared the Christmas Hills Raspberry Farm where we went before. Service was extremely friendly and I... More

One of my favorite spots when I visit the North West. Food is always yummy, service with a smile. Pork and Cherry sausages with garlic and Parmesan mash....yum!! Followed by cherry ice cream. Thanks Cherry Shed

I was delighted to find they have a restaurant/cafe area at the back with a big range of regular food. (Previously I'd only gotten a take away cherry icecream). We really enjoyed the pie, pancakes and bagel dishes. Definitely worth stopping here for lunch!! Friendly service, quite fast and pleasant atmosphere.
