We expend some time looking for this place around the atlantis and it does not exist, now there is a new restaurant not open yet called the couple. Webpage is also down so we cannot find out if they have new location.

Service was very attentive. The ambience was so romantic. The food was amazing!!!! I was with a party of four and we all tried each other's dishes. All were great! I LOVED the French Onion Soup. (This is one of my top ten French Onion Soups in the US and Caribbean.). Escargots were great. The house special prepared filet mignon... More

L'Angelus was really wonderful. The food was perfectly prepared. We all tried different dishes and all were fantastic....taste sharing is highly recommended! Really nice clean space and very nice servers and service. Pricing was very reasonable given the quality of the food and much more reasonable than many of the other French restaurants that we have visited here. Definitely a... More

Treat yourself to a wonderful meal and evening created by a gifted chef in easy reach of casino, Cupecoy Bay, Blue, and the sea. A seriously overlooked and under-rated diamond of a find. Brilliant. Thank you. We have bought a gift ticket for our family when they come over next month.

Had the most pleasant, romantic and satisfying dining experience in quite a few years at this truly hidden gem. Both host and server were not just friendly but a helluva lot of fun to "hang with". The Duck was presented in such an attractive fashion I had to snap a pic for my chef brother-in-law! Everything was flawless. We will... More

My husband and I went for our honeymoon and found this place for dinner one night. Axel was our host and was amazing. The food was the BEST we had in St Martin ( including our dinner at La Samana surprisingly enough, great ambiance and view, but the food was mediocre). Tucked away gem.. you'll be missing out if you... More

Ate in many of St. Maarten's best restaurants over the course of my two weeks, and Angelus was the one I chose to return to for my final night. Quality of food and presentation in conjunction with a personable relaxed atmosphere, and not very touristy. Still dreaming of the tuna tartar, foie gras medallions, cauliflower soup with truffle oil, lamb... More
