Once again "L'angolo di Manueliana" confirms expectations. The cuisine is always refined. This time we especially point out the ravioli stuffed with gurnard in mushroom sauce. The fish in whole pieces unground is enhanced by the velvety sauce with porcini mushrooms. Besides the unbeatable appetizer "Composition of the sea" we also enjoyed a great swordfish in herb crust. The restaurant was quite small downstairs but very cosy. The waitress was v friendly. We had a pasta dish each. One with artichokes and one with porcini mushrooms. Very tasty and generous portions. Would definitely recommend.

Very warm atmosphere, a cheery greeting from Liana, and some phenomenal food. It starts off with little tasters inscrutably made from vegetables that sets the bar very high for the following dishes. "There are five ristorantes/pizzerias/trattorias in San Stefano di Camastra in Siciliy. But the only place you’ll ever catch me eating in this town during this lifetime is Manueliana. This isn’t because the owners, Manuel and Eliana, refused to take any of my Euros for the tasty tuna tagliatelle they served me at lunch as I regaled them with a few... More
