While there is nothing too wrong with Witches cauldron it is not really exciting either and it does seem somewhat over-priced for what is basically standard restaurant food. My beef salad was perfectly adequate but certainly not memorable. This is the sort of restaurant one might visit as a regular work-horse, a convenient place on the way home, perhaps, but... More

Visiting Perth for work I was told about this place from a taxi driver, so glad he did mention it. The best Garlic Prawns you will ever eat, this place has great service, nice setting & delicious food. What more could you ask for?

We once lived in Subiaco and then visited this restaurant often. We visted again today for my wife's birthday. We picked a grest bottle of wine and ordered from the daily menu. The prawns were good. The steak was pedestrian. The icky sticky pudding dessert was great. There are many better restaurants and it may be another 20 years before... More

We go here often for breakfast. It is consistently very good. I don't eat a lot at breakfast so they are very accommodating and I am able to have a half serve. When you arrive you are given a complementary drink. Service is quick and if you were in a hurry you would not be disappointed. However if you want... More

Went here on a sunday night, and the restaurant was quite full but they managed to squeeze us in. The restaurant looks a bit tired and could do with renovations and maintenance here and there. We are both vegetarians and clearly the restaurant does not cater for that. Very unusual in 2014 ! From the series of mains we had... More

Been here several times now for breakfast, and each time it has been of a consistently high standard. I can certainly recommend their "bacon & eggs", great serving size, tasty +++ (think the bread is fried not toasted, not sure, but whatever, it's lovely) and the food is served hot and fresh. The plate is also hot - as it... More

Famous for its garlic prawns (for good reason), its wine list and its steak, this is one of our family and business favourites. They put on a great breakfast, with great food, great coffee and their refreshing mint lemonade. It's a regular weekend breakfast spoit as my kids love it, and a dining spot with work.

We had the prawns and squid for entrees, very simple really, but the prawns were way overcooked and I don't think they were fresh. We also got a serve of garlic bread that we wanted to come out first before the entrees, but it came with them. It was definitely not made at the restaurant, it tasted like the brand... More

I returned to this restaurant after saying I would never go back but out of convenience for pre show eating we went. Service was prompt and friendly. Even though they where busy food service was quick. Food was fantastic. Cocktails good as was wine. Only complaint I had was the entree we had was too small to serve two one... More
