Great restaurant.

We did not plan this and just walked into the restaurant and were lucky enough to get a table on a Friday night. What a treat. The food was great and service excellent.

I like Middle Eastern food as much as the next guy, however my experiences seemed to have differed to the other reviews. We started with the Meze plate for two. For $34 you get two chicken skewers, two falafels, two prawns. The chicken was flavourless, prawns were OK, and lets face it, a falafel is a falafel. The is not... More

We went to Meeka after a football match at the Subiaco stadium, on a cold, damp night, and walked into a war, colourful and buzzy place with enticing aromas in the air. What followed was one of the best Middle Eastern meals we have enjoyed in Australia. We went for the duck pasties to start with (OK, not a standard... More

Fabulous menu, service & food. Worth taking a Taxi Ride from the city Centre out to Subiaco. $15 taxi fare. The food was outstanding & if you are looking for a different cuisine from the norm, this is the restaurant to treat your taste buds. Thoroughly recommend.

Most amazing meal that we had whilst in Australia. I could probably say best restaurant food for a long time. Everything was amazing. Soft shell crab, and seafood share platter was so good, my friend asked for a spoon to finish the sauce that the pipis were in. Who knew cauliflower could taste so good. Chicken was outstanding. My favourite was... More

What a delightful surprise...fantastic food, good service, quality drinks and all in a relatively quiet part of Rokeby Road. Now we are all over fed, but had a lovely meal. The menu items contain the sorts of ingredients used in contemporary cooking by quality chefs...black garlic, verjuice, duck, goat, lamb, Persian fairy floss, rose water, ginger liqueur, and so much... We shared entree and dessert, and enjoyed one main and a tagine. The duck breast enteee was yummy, with beetroot chips. The smoked part of the dish was very mild, could barely notice it, but tasted great. Beef cheek tagine, and beef rib main, were very similar, but enjoyable. We shared the dessert tasting plate for 2. Again flavours were... More

At long last, a restaurant in Perth cooking with fabulous flavour, good service and well priced. We were a large group with diverse tastes and appetites all of which were easily accommodated. After just returning from overseas, wining and dining on awesome food, we were so happy to be able to say, we will be pleased to return to Meeka.... More

Nothing to dislike in this culinary experience at the Moroccan restaurant in Subiaco, Meeka. Not cheap but worth it for the taste sensations, my two friends and I had a main, a desert and one glass of wine each for $70 a head. Staff excellent, knowledgable about the wines, friendly despite the number of diners. Our favourite dish? The Turkish... More

It's always a good sign when you plan a repeat visit to a restaurant even before you finished eating your meal. In Meeka's case, it is mainly because there were so many interesting dishes that we had a hard time making a choice for our dinner. Meeka features modern Australian and Moroccan cuisine and, while the former looks pretty good,... More
