Amazing food & service

My partner and I came here as a detour on our way the shops. We ended up having a 3 course meal and bottle of wine - probably our best eating experience in Perth. Alana was great (I think it was her first night), as was the owners attentiveness. The best part was the dessert platter, which was what... read more

Have dined a few times at this wonderful restaurant with family and friends and just on our own. 1 of the rare places where we always end up having 3 courses, with plenty of choices for each course. HAve never been disappointed, with the atmosphere, service, food and wine. We put the choice of wine in the hostess, hands and... More

We ate here as a family group of six and would recommend thoroughly. The food quality was very good, especially the tagines, and we were able to share four mains between us with food to spare. I especially liked the beef cheek and the goat. The sommelier talked us into trying the Moroccan wine (rather than an Aussie Shiraz) and... More

Could not rate this restaurant high enough. Food was delicious, service was fantastic and overall atmosphere was great. We were a group of 4 and choose to share all our dishes which I would highly recommend. We had 2 starters - duck pastries and falafels. 2 mains - beef tajine and lamb tajine with 2 sides. Dessert we had the... More

Very impressed by this place which was humming along for a Tuesday night! Only small complaint was the back room was very echoey and noisy, partly due to a large booking of 12-14 people.... But luckily for us there was a no-show in the front area which had a much better ambience and our party of 3, could actually hold... More

Seven of us dined at Meeka for lunch today. Everyone of us enjoyed it. The Ocean Trout with black rice was beautiful. Fish was cooked beautifully and the flavours in the rice and condiments enhanced the dish. Sweets were a delight. Not one of us could find fault in anything.

We were party of four for dinner. Two ordered the tagine (beef cheek and fish) - a lot of the fish dish was left. Other two ordered the ocean trout - this was done with a piece of jamon (?) around the outside of the fish - somewhat like a filet mignon. The two tastes clashed and the fish was... More

We went to the Meeka Restaurant for our Christmas work dinner last Saturday Night . I have never had Morrocan cuisine before and i was pleasantly surprised..i am not one for different foods but the way it is served with lots of little platters and bowls makes it easy to try a little of everything and then have more of...
