A nice little coffee shop

We stopped here when we were cycling. Good service and nice food. I had a toasted sandwich. Good coffee

Great location and plenty for people with a carnivorous palate, sadly nothing available to suit vegetarians.

Not a busy day but the service from the kitchen was Amazingly slow When the meal arived the bacon was well over cooked...to the point of being black!! Very smal selection in the cabinets

My partner and I called into the Tin Goose (TG) in Alexandra around New Year when most of the other cafes were closed for the holiday period. They were doing a roaring trade with customers sitting inside and outside, and the cafe offering a welcome respite and some shade from the scorching Central Otago sunshine and temperatures over 32 degrees... Asked for Trim Small Flat White and got large not-trim (thus yucky and weak) coffee of some description. When raised the size issue (wasn't aware of milk one until drinking time) dismissive response left me too embarrassed to push issue. To be fair previous experiences here have been ok. Maybe a bad day?

Cheese rolls are special treat in Central Otago and it's nice to have it with a cuppa and sit and watch as the time flies in the busy road of Centennial Avenue. A quick stop on this place is not a bad Idea.

Had a fantastic lunch here on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Great selection and the best iced coffee I've had in a long time. Don't miss out on the Jaffa slice. Service was a little slow to begin with but they were busy. Heaps of outdoor seating.

Delighted with good food range that offered fresh and healthy choices. Some savoury. Others sweet. Coffee of a high standard and pleasant cafe to sit and linger, would recommend and will revisit.

We enjoyed the variety of healthy choices at their Cromwell Cafe. So good - we bought their recipe book signed by the owner who was in the cafe when we stopped for lunch. Great coffee!! Maybe new staff since other negative reviews were posted?
