Stayed in the hotel - Everything was excellent as far as the room and environment were concerned but thought that the breakfast needed some work. The best meal I've ever had. This is far more than food, it's pure passion. Was lucky enough to visit during mushroom picking season. Choose the "menu dégustation" (taster menu), you will be spoiled for life.

Each time I eat at this restaurant I believe that Regis and Jacques have reached new heights with their amazing food. But yet again this summer's menu is better than ever. Dinner with 6 friends. We took the "Entre Velay et Vivarais" menu (6 courses) which was fantastic. Great food and experience and obviously less expensive than a 3* restaurant in Paris. In addition, we had the chance to see the kitchen and this was really impressive and amazing. In two words: Loved it!
