La cuisine francaise est tres bonne ici

This French restaurant is very reminiscent of Relais in France and a good representation of French food and certainly one of the better French restaurants in SE Qld. We were there for Bastille Day celebrations. The food was very good given the number of people to be fed. I had the terrine for... read more

On a cool Saturday night, we booked for a table of five, at the Le Coq restaurant for dinner. We all chose the $33 set menu, which is sufficient food to the average person. The portions were not big, but definitely enough to keep you happy and enjoy the delightful flavours French cooking at Le Coq has to offer. There... More

Easily found when driving on the Glass House Mountains tourist road. Large spacious and tidy parking. The restaurant is run by a charming Frenchman and his Kiwi wife. The atmosphere is perfect for lunch in a light and friendly main room. But it is the food one should visit for - the menu is interesting reasonably priced. Our party of... More

OMGosh YUM!! Never having been to a French restaurant before we were both a little apprehensive but we didn't need to be. The food was absolutely mouth watering, and Thierry and his staff looked after us really well. We've been to Le Relais Bressan several times now (their phone number is in my mobile on speed dial!) and we will... More

The owner and chef Thierry is a larger than life character who meets you as you enter. The menu was enticing with a range of classics and a couple of daily specials. We had a fish roulade and mushroom mousse stuffed chicken that were both elegant and satisfying. Subtle but tasty sauces with both. Veges were very simple and seemed... More

We really enjoyed this restaurant. The staff were welcoming and the food was very tasty. We had the set menu (entree, main and dessert). We loved the food. It was really well balanced, the sauce was to die for and the meat was very tender and juicy. The dessert was fine, but the savoury food was spectacular. We will definitely... More

Have dined at Cindy & Thierry's since before they left Stafford, they catered our daughter's wedding some years ago, experience has always been wonderful, great service with friendly, cheerful & efficient attitude. As we live nearly 200 kilometers from Flaxton we do not visit as often as we would like. As this was lunch we dined in the cafe, the... More

We came across this place while on a country drive. The staff are very friendly and efficient. We sat outside in the sun in the garden . The coffee and cake special was delicious and not expensive.

Went here for lunch with the grandparents. Thoughrougly enjoyed the food and good coffee. The garden was a wonderul spot with the june sunshine with some lovely tile art to enjoy with the food. Family run establishment (who happen to be french) with french produce and gourmet chocolateir onsite, it is an excellent lunch stop while exploring the range.
