Located just off the Place Jourdan, this restaurant has a distinctive modern look with reflective surfaces, bright lights and blocks of strong primary colours achieving a slightly stark overall affect. We had dinner on a Friday evening, and were the only customers during the time we were here. As a result there was a complete lack of atmosphere, although the... More

It's a pity, because the place has very good reviews and because the decoration is nice. The owner tries his best too... BUT, having to wait for 45 to get the menu of the day is just not right, specially when the place is not even that busy. As to the food: tasteless potato salad as a starter and a... More

We went on a quiet tuesday and had a very nice night. High quality food, pleasant service and good value. The atmosphere was a little quiet, but to be expected from a midweek dinner I think

We booked this restaurant for lunch for a group of 14 persons during a study trip to Brussels. The restaurant was very flexible and created a menu that suited our budget, they composed a two course menu of very tasty and healthy food. The service was very friendly and welcoming, both when booking the table and during our visit, and... More

Light and bright resturant with super appetizers and free small bites. Main course was well presented, but lacked flavour and a little more imagination. Service could also be a little more cheerful. Overall a very good meals and a place to give a try.

This is an intimate little place with great decor and even greater food. The taste combinations in each dish I had were superb. I ate off the Menu du Lac. The scampi starter was perfectly fried and very well balanced by the cucumber. I was pleasantly surprised by the salmon covered with chorizo, and the dessert was excellent too. I... More

We found this restaurant as we were staying at the nearby Sofitel on Place d'Jourdan and were very pleased to come across it. The menu is relatively limited, which is not necessarily a bad thing, and there is something for most tastes. I can wholeheartedly recommend the steaks, which are cooked to perfection, whilst the chicken in ginger cream sauce... More

Went for lunch. Very quiet. Some innovative suggestions on the menu and presentation was very nice, but (key part) fish was over-cooked. Had the chocolate moelleux following earlier recommendation. Good dish but spoiled by blackening on the crust. Overall not good value to quality ratio.

Not far away from the well known place Jourdan, in front of the hospital Leopold, la table d'Arthur is a real gastronomic experience . Everything is fresh, original, nicely served in a modern decoration. There are special arrangements for the EU officials. Highly recommended for lunch time or dinner.
