This was our first visit to Casey's and we were not disappointed. The welcome very friendly and the restaurant had a nice ambience. We went on a Saturday night at 6.30 and chose to have the three course "early bird" offer. For mains I had the braised steak with chips and mushy peas which was delicious. My partner had the... More

We eat at Casey's as often as we can and on most special occasions. The food is freshly prepared from a limited menu, is well presented and always excellent. Friendly and attentive service. What more could you ask for?

Wow! Well done mother and son combination Jenny and Danny. 3 courses consumed by me and my girlfriend and we had different starters mains and desserts. Every dish looked and tasted fabulous. This first floor dinery in the heart of Great Ayton is easy to pass by but as an avid fan of supporting local business, I am so glad... More

Unique menu. Quality food, well presented and served. We've frequented Casey's for lunches, evening meals, birthday's and wedding anniversaries and have always been satisfied and very impressed. Subtle changes to the menu maintain a high level of interest. Just the two of this time but will return again with family and friends. Well recommended for a visit - you'll return!... More

The food is so fresh and tasty, well presented and freshly cooked. The beef dish and lamb lived up to any possible expectation.Just a pity the atmosphere lacked a little as given the quality and value more should take advantage of this little gem.

We've lived in the area for over 5 years and tried a lot of the restaurants around here. There are lots of places with high pretensions and high prices serving pretty average food. Not so at Casey's where the quality of food exceeds anything else around but the value for money is unsurpassed. The menu isn't huge, but that's not... More

Having experienced disappointing to average meals in and around Great Ayton, we booked a table at Caseys for dinner earlier this evening. Its somewhat inconspicuous and a bit uninviting from the outside but really tasteful on the inside. Best of all, there was a good range of choices on the menu and the meals we had were truly excellent. So... More

The food here is excellent. The menu isn't huge but it's because everything is cooked to order - not 'massive menu, mass produced' like some places. However, the menu is varied with various prices. To start, we had the prawns tempura and baked pears with Parma ham and Yorkshire blue, both lovely. Main courses, steak (locally sourced) and Salmon, were... More
