Great place to stop and have a drink!! just have to go around the corner from Fosters. James and his girlfriend tend bar there. The only bad thing I could say was he is a Patriots fan lol..but he has some homemade blended mixers if your looking for something a tad different.

The first restaurant we ever visited on our first trip to Roatan was Bite on the Beach. Years later, the restaurant we were at when we decided to buy a place on Roatan...Bite on the Beach. Every day we walk the beach we make sure to grab some food and a drink at... Bite on the Beach. The only place... More

This place was a great find. Food was great and the staff were very attentive/friendly/polite. We also asked to have a table set up on the pier for a friends surprise birthday, and they said "sure, no problem!". We asked if we could bring our own music? "Sure! No problem." We asked if they could help with candles, "sure! No... More

We liked this place for several reasons: - Nice sunset view - Friendly service (pretty unusual on Roatan) - Great Hibiscus Rum Drinks - Highlight: 3 Moray eels in the water around the rocks below the restaurant - Nice location, not too busy - Island feeling Unfortunately, the food was mediocre - but we only ate there once.

Toward the "end" of the beach, this restaurant is away from the hub-bub of the rest if the beach. Friendly staff & good food. They have a limited buffet breakfast each morning you can choose or ala carte. Not much activity here--quiet cos it was the "off season".

We have dined here five or six times over the years, and we used to enjoy the rooftop dining overlooking the ocean, but lately it seems as though the owner/management may have given up on the place. The food is ok, the beer is served warm, and the service is pretty slow. The one thing that stood out for us... More

OK - It was low season and pretty dead, but we had the table right next to the beach, and below were 4 giant moray eels!!! The hostess was kind enough to toss some food in the water. I'm not sure, but I think the eels took up residence because the chefs would toss the scraps from cleaning seafood into the... More

This place is at the far north end of the West Bay Beach. I am glad we walked the whole beach and found it. Great atmosphere and views (sits over the water). Darlene the bartender was very nice and we enjoyed a couple drinks here (get the Freaky Tiki).

This was our second trip to Roatan and on our first we discovered Bite on the Beach and loved it. The food was still good but their prices seem much steeper this visit making it a bit of a turn off. Plus my son loves to come here to see the eels and they didn't come our so I'm not... More

The bite always has a very good menu and the food is outstanding. Try the blue cheese lobster:) The waiter is so friendly!
