We stopped one morning for coffee and a cinnamon bun as we had read the reviews saying these were both good. The americanos we got were ok--but I think they definitely needed another shot of espresso--and the cinnamon buns were good but small. Not sure if they were freshly baked that morning or not. The shop had a nice atmosphere... More

O.K. so admittedly, I first will choose the most local feeling eateries I can find when traveling. However, as often is the case, after several days, you sometimes need a better cup of coffee, a good old fashioned pastry or bagel, etc. We loved the owner Wiona and her dog Java. We also loved the fresh onsite made pastries. Bagels... More

Great place to start the day or chill out in the late afternoon. We stumbled upon this place by accident and what a great find! Coffee for me in the morning;wine in the afternoon; cinnamon buns for the kids and delicious chocolate chip banana bread. Great friendly staff and owners.

Excellent choice of tea and coffee as well as desserts. A good cool calm spot to relax if you're looking for a break from the sun. Offers Wi FI.

My daughter and I were taking a short walk from our beachfront hotel and came across JavaVine Cafe. We were thrilled! We love Roatan, the culture, people and certainly the water activities. But, it was nice to come in here and have a real Skinny Vanilla Latte and a Croissant N' Nutella snack. Hmmm ... heaven! The people were friendly... More

We stopped in for a glass of sparkling wine and the end of a long day of shopping. The owner was warm and welcoming and the establishment was cool and quiet. Definitely a nice way to wind down!

Delicious iced coffees, although we thought it was a bit pricey. Did not have the opportunity to try any of the baked goods that so many rave about.

My husband and I felt like we were intruding because we stopped at a coffee shop to ask for coffee! Decidedly unfriendly owner. My husband asked for hot coffee and was served room temp coffee. When he repeated "hot coffee" , he was fixed another. However, no one apologized. We were not made to feel welcome at all. To be... More

We found java vine the first day we arrived. The other reviews are spot on. My girlfriend tried their iced coconut latte and we haven't stopped drinking them since. The cinnamon rolls are also not to be missed fresh everyday and every bite is like a little dance in your month.

Went to JavaVine twice during our stay at Island Pearl. We went once for a light lunch and the second time to escape the beach for a while during the "Boat People" invasion on a particular day. The light lunch consisted of a few tapas that were really good. We had pot stickers, spring rolls, and stuffed mushrooms, but there... More
