We were 3 adults who often dine at high-end restaurants that Le Bidon is trying to imitate. We ordered the mojito that was really 3/4 ice: disappointing. We had the caesar salad which really was drowning in dressing: wayyy too much! The lardon bits were a good touch though. I had the steak which was quite good once I scraped... More

Went for a late afternoon snack with a glass of wine. We had the cesar salad and pork ribs in general tao sauce - it was excellent and well presented. Service was good. Price is a little steep.

C,est magnifique!! I have tried almost all menu, and I can't tell you what is the best option. In my opinion, le confit de canard + la poutine au smoked meat + le pouding chömeur + a Blanche de Chambly beer = the perfect combination!!

Went to Bidon last night with a group of friends had an amazing meal! Everyone one raved about the yummy food, and excellent service. Only problem was we were asked to leave at 8pm since another group was comming in for our table, a little rude as we would have stayed and enjoyed dessert and coffees. Might be back if... More

Another birthday, another wonderful evening spent at Bidon. Mondays are always a great night because it's quieter, and the restaurant has a selections of their wines available for $20 a bottle, the "vin-vingt" special. We were seated upstairs, next to the bar, which I found much warmer and cozier than the downstairs dining area next to the drafty patio windows.... More

We went here as a group of 6 on a Saturday evening. Very busy. Service and food excellent. A good, short, wine-list. Interesting specials. Very noisy. Nothing to absorb sound.

This tavern is a gem hidden in the small village of St Lambert.I went out for dinner with friends and family and I was a little bit stressed when I saw that we were the only one with kids. On top of that, they were shooting a movie scene, so I kept imagining my kids ruining hours and hours of... More

We've been there several times, either just the 2 of us, with a few friends or with a group in the private room located downstairs. Each and everytime, the service was just perfect. Waiters knows their menu, their wines and have always take good care of us without being invasive. Food was always excellent, even if it is a bit... More

Service was good. Food was very average! Way too much salt in the beef tartare and soggy french fries! The salmon tartare was just ok! Way too pricey for such a location!! $80 for 2 tartare with 2 glasses of wine! I wouldn't go back!

We went 5 times mostly for lunch on fridays. The food is excellent and the presentation original. The prices are a little steep in the evening if you go "à la carte". The lunch specials often include " bavette à l'échalote which is one of my favorite dishes.
