Description: We discovered it about 15 years ago, and recently went there again. Every time we go we come away thinking 'That is the best food in the world'. There's no menu - just 10 courses, made with incredible love by Franceso from local fresh produce. Our menu last time started with antipastic, then pears with Italian cheese, steak tartare, Polenta with mushrooms, sausage & mash, ravioli, risotto, roast lamb, ice cream with peaches and zabaglioni , coffee and grappa. That describes the food, but not the incredible flavours, the delicacy of the pasta, the freshness of the meat....truly stupendous. All this cost 35 Euros. There is a small hotel attached with lovely rustic rooms, very reasonable. I can't believe this amazing restaurant is not listed (except that Franceso, the owner is more into cooking than marketing - the website looks like nothing). Trip Advisor users deserve to discover this gem when they are staying in Milan, Turin or Genoa (Natalina is near Moncalvo, just over an hour from any one of those cities),

Every time we visit, we come away being absolutely dazzled by the food. Francesco learned to cook at his grandmother's knee when he was a child, and it's all classic Italian food, with fresh local ingredients cooked with true passion - every course takes your breath away.
