Had lunch here after a long drive in the morning, I ordered a cheese burger with fries and a smoothie. $25 for a burger and a drink is overpriced. The burger itself was tasty but had pistachio nuts on the bun and multiple sauces etc. Atmosphere was not that great décor was not impressive either. Service was run by young... More

plus a generous slice of Banana bread. The counter staff were very pleasant & on a nice sunny day the atmosphere was very welcoming. This would stack up as a nice neighbourhood caf - can't comment on the meals as the Banana bread & a muffin were all we bought. The other prominent caf was full of people & very... More

Went here for a late lunch as I was hungry after travelling for a few hours and it was relatively quiet. Big mistake, the food wasn't particularly nice and was expensive for what it was. You are better off going to The Shack or the taco van at the end of electric avenue

so we order 3 coffees on Easter Sunday they charge us 15% surcharge. Easter Sunday is not a public holiday. why the 15% percent i ask. its a public holiday they say. No its not i say. Coffee arrives, its the most foul coffee ever. avoid this place at all costs. Go across the road to the shack, much better.

I arrived with my 14 month old son and asked if they had a side of veges they could cook him. They said no, the only veges they had were roasted ones and I had to order the full salad (at $17!). I explained it was for my son and that I would be ordering a main meal for me...... More

We came here for breakfast, food arrived quickly a couple of friendly staff but the chef needs to pay more attention to what's on the menu and what they serve. My muesli said with sweet peaches, came with plums- which I'm allergic to. They did swap for tinned peaches. Kids pancakes with bananas- no bananas. So ok but wouldn't come... More

We visited Raglan yesterday for the time. This looked to be a good cafe to have lunch, however what a disappointment. The food was very much substandard and the coffee just ok. I had what I was led the believe was a Lemon Meringue tart and my partner an Apple Pie. My Lemon tart was just that with glueish marshmello on... More

We ordered the Quesadillas and they were quite tasty and the portions were large. I don't think we would go back as the atmosphere was so-so and it seemed there were some much nicer places in town.

We visited Blacksands Cafe over summer, it was only about half full, so no excuses for poor quality there. I ordered the "chicken nacho salad' which said it was made with chicken strips which sounded delicious, my partner had a smoked chicken melt with fries. When ordering at the counter my partner had to wait a long time to be... More
