Great atmosphere & surroundings. Food excellent. Service a little slow however great company didn't make this an issue.

As a chain they are rather good and I could not fault the food or service. There were a few people quite tipsy but it was Christmas and made for good people watching.

Dined here yesterday on the children's fun day, which in itself seems a good idea, however a very poorly executed and vain attempt to entice Berkhamsted families to dine here, as it was not busy at all. The restaurant could make a lot of money if it served good food and was not run by children. The food was bloody awful,... More

Visited Brasserie Blanc today for Sunday Lunch and was pretty chocked to see all the staff dressed as Children's Characters. This in itself was not an issue, but the food was well below average and the restaurant was very noisy and felt pretty downmarket. for about 30min we had the Restaurant photographer talking loudly right behind my chair. This is... More

Difficult to believe that Raymond Blanc would put his name to this. We visited to celebrate my other half's birthday but wish we'd gone for a curry. Terrible service and the food was bizarrely shocking.

We came here for a birthday meal which for my part was scrumptious. I had the cucumber soup followed by a rump steak. My only annoyance was that I asked for a pepper sauce, most places this being a...pepper sauce. Except that when it came to pouring mine over my steak I noticed mushrooms in the sauce, not once did... More

We had dinner here and I had a dairy free chicken dish which was nice but would have been more tasty and succulent had it been on the bone. My son had the Beuf Stroganoff which was delicious. Their sorbets are tasty, too. They are the only restaurant to offer a dairy free menu, given that 55% of the world's... More

6 of us dined here to celebrate our friends' 40th wedding anniversary. The starters were fine and 4 of us opted for steak as their mains choice including two sharing a £50.00 chateaubriand. When this was served to table it looked just like a lump of roast beef. It was very tough to carve and way overdone from the medium... More

….. to waste your time with Brasserie Blanc Berkhamsted. We have eaten there several times, ever hopeful that the service will have improved on our last visit and that food will arrive in a timely manner. But as we sat there with our 4 children and two friends an hour into our visit, still minus one of the the drinks... More

Why not dine in style where the food makes your taste buds dance. This is a venue that offered a legendary evening and; the Chateaubriand, an excellent choice for that celebratory night. Enjoy.
