Attentive service but v quiet !

We enjoyed a meal for four - not cheap at £35 per head including wine but not unreasonable. Attentive service without being invasive. We have only been there once, and it was terrible. The service left a lot to be desired, and the quality of the meal most disappointing. Two dishes were served cold and had to sent back to the kitchen. By the time they came back the other diners at the table had finished. I did advise the manager, who did... More

Excellent service, (especially from Sam) who certainly knows his Champagnes - fabulous food cooked to perfection, our favourite to book when visiting the town. Fantastic selection of drinks from wine/champagne to cocktails - we got a bit chilly sat at the table and they were more than happy to serve coffees and cheese in the window seat in the bar... More

Drinks were served quickly, 15 mins for make a food order, the meain was nice but disproportionate from other main sizes!! I was still starving afterwards. took another 20 mins to order desserts, which because I am a nut allergy sufferer left me only one option, this then took 25 mins to get to our table considering we were yes... Enjoyed a fantastic meal with my wife & mother! The food was extremely tasty, as it has been on previous visits, but portion size was a bit small for the money! The staff are welcoming, as always, & make any occasion special. Most importantly, it was a 1st experience for the Mother, & she devoured all 3 courses!!! Another Blanc... More

So not a complete experience, but we dropped into the Brasserie and enjoyed a very nice French Malbec and an exceptional Peach Bellini. The menu looks great and we took one away, hoping to visit for a meal very soon. Nice ambiance and very nice staff; I'm looking forward to their Espresso Martini .. a rare treat!

Very good meal. Extensive menu. Reasonably priced. Everything was well cooked. Pistachio Soufflé as good as the best ever had. Burger extremely tasty. Drinks and cocktails well priced and good choice. French martini amazing. Service very friendly and prompt for a Saturday night. 5 stars all round.

We popped in on our way home from work, being a little undecided on what to eat. The menu drew us in... The staff were uniformly excellent; they couldn't have been more helpful! The food was good (cheese soufflé and lamb shoulder cassoulet for me, mussels and duck for my wife) and certainly the best of the 'high street' famous... More
