After a number of mediocre or disappointing meals, we hit the jackpot. Do not miss this place. It is a little off of the beaten track, if you are staying on the western side of the island, but it is worth the trip. The setting is beautiful. We ate on the pier at sunset. The location and the views are awesome. The staff friendly. I found the food just to be averaged and overpriced. The table was dirty and sticky. Everything on the table needed to be cleaned. The centerpiece which looks like a lighthouse had food splashed on it all dried up. Expected more since it got such a good review in the... More

Every year we spend an evening at the Lighthouse. This year was even better than the previous years which I did not think was possible. We had an amazing meal on the deck. The service was brilliant, friendly and perfect in every way. One member of our party has a garlic allergy. The staff was amazingly accommodating regarding his issue... More

Food was fantastic but comes a distant second to the service !! As soon as you walk thru the doors for the first time felt as if I was a regular customer. Our group left with photo's taken by the staff in a card, what a memory. Great People and oh ya and the food is pretty darn good as... More

The East End of Grand Cayman is not nearly as populous as the West End and Seven Mile Beach and there are not too many options for good restaurants on the East End. However, The Lighthouse is a great place to go. Terrific food -- I had the evening special of Gorgonzola Gnocchi with shrimp and scallops in a spicy... More

The service at The Lighthouse was exceptional. The waitstaff was attentive and very friendly. The food was quite good as well. We had a large party so we were not able to sit outside on the deck and enjoy the view but the room inside was cozy and private.

When your on the east side of the island and want a romantic dinner go here!!!! This is a great restaurant. AMAZING VIEWS! This restaurant has interesting architecture and a really cool bar. We ordered Lobster tail on ravioli & the seafood curry. Both amazing and the service was great. We will definitely be back. One of the best and... More

Had lunch at the Lighthouse after visiting the QEII Botanical Garden. Bread basket of garlic bread and herbed focaccia was wonderful! Fish of the day was grilled mahi mahi which was cooked to perfection. Caesar salad was one of the best I've had on the island. Gentle sea breezes and the views of waves crashing really made the day. Don't... More

Ate here twice while in Grand Cayman. The pizzas are great! Sitting out and dining on the pier is spectacular. The staff is attentive and the wine list is pretty good. Also tried the gorgonzola gnocchi with seafood. It's was rich, but outstanding. We will most definitely be back!

Excellent food. We had a variety of dishes and they were all lovely. Service was ok but could have done a little more for the added 15% tip! We all over-ordered and struggled to finish the main courses which was a shame as they were amazing. Staff did seem v busy but not sure what they were all doing as... More
