Went for a special occasion and the entire group was very happy with the food, atmosphere, location and the employees. Everyone from the chef on down were extremely helpful & friendly. The food was out of this world. My seafood/penne pasta dish was great. The pot pie, Caesar salads, quesadilla & desserts were all wonderful. Not cheap, but worth every... More

Servers were friendly and attentive. All of our meals were delicious. The chicken pot pie was the best. This was the best value for a meal I have had in a long time!

The menu gave choices and it was hard to choose. Everything was delicious. Our server Teresa was attentive and pleasant. On other occasions have also enjoyed very good lunches and dinners

we had food from the specials menu and all in were impressed with the quality of the salad and soups and the mains we had. Chef nice and pleasant. Beer bottled only for the Molson but hey thats probably the way there.

The setting is fantastic overlooking the water/old docks, the menu is varied and lots of nice choices. Sadly the service was ridiculously slow we were a party of 10 but almost 45 min to get lunch dishes (none fancy), my burger was well cooked/dry. The portions are good and the prices are great.

I had the Guinness Beef Pot Pie with Vegetables and Salad. It was tasty and good size portion but the only vegetables in it were a few small pieces of carrot. The price was reasonable.

I hit this pub for the long weekend, nice patio, beautiful view. We ordered the spinach dip, and it came with two seasoned pita-type bread, and a small blue ramekin with about 2 tablespoons of dip? For $8.99, I wasn't impressed. We had the Philly Steak, it was barbequed meat and onions? Where was the Philly cheese? What's with the... More

The Red George Pub is one of those unique locales that reflect its community's tastes in food and beverage. Founded and owned by a consortium of local folks the pub is a story of "community building". As a resident of eastern Ontario I am always eager to support local restaurants, as opposed to the franchises that are increasingly spreading through... More

Without my smart phone I would not of found this restaurant , there is only a small banner at the top of a building to let you know it faces the riverfront. It was a nice day but decided against sitting outside as 1/2 of the outside seats are under a wooden walkway that has no seal to stop stuff... More
