Lunch

We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here. Couple of beers, deep fried pickles and a simple steak Sanger. Top this with great Canadian service and life is good.

Went today with a friend of mine from Burnaby. I live in Port Coquitlam and I have been looking for a place that has bangers and mash for months! Well luckily I found this place because they have it and it was AMAZING!! Great place great service and awesome food! I especially like that they get all their food from... More

This pub is my 'local'. It has a great selection of beer and great service. It serves a good mix of blue collar and white collar folks, old and young people and is very welcoming to everyone. The food is really good too. The mini Yorkies are to die for and they do a good beef dip. They work hard... More

Stopped in here once with some friends while visiting and decided to return. The beer selection is great, love that they support local breweries. Haven't tried too much of the food, but what I have had is good! Fairly typical pub menu, but I'd say the best thing I've had is the mini Yorkshire puddings 😊 friendly service and neat... More

I have always been impressed with the food. I have eaten here on numerous occasions and the servers always seem to have a great recommendation. I am not normally a beer drinker, so the girls are patient with me and usually help me pick out something that suits my tastes. Most recently I have had a few great sandwiches. The... More

I spend a month in Ireland each summer for family reasons, so I feel qualified to speak intelligently about Irish pubs... Normally, pubs outside Ireland billing themselves as "Irish" are nondescript bars with Guinness on tap - and normally improperly poured - and the occasion Irish football or rugby jersey hanging from the wall. St. James Well was recommended by... More

These guys are constantly evolving and have hit it on the mark. Gluten free stuff to eat too! They have nice cool air conditioning and live music sometimes too. The owner is a great guy too! He bought me a great birthday drink!

I often go to 'The Well' to meet friends for various types of get-togethers and know it is a regular hangout for some other friends. It is designed as a typical Irish pub and offers good value. I am pleased to see that they are offering a better selection of local craft beers.
