Good reliable meals

We enjoy stopping in at Browns for lunch or dinner. Although this restaurant can be a bit loud, there is a section off to the right of the entry which is quieter. They have a great outside patio too! My favorite lunch is the soup and salad combo. The Chicken thai soup is amazing!!!!

Lots of good dishes to eat and a great meeting place. In the center of Newport Village. Lots of young people meet here. It has the best outside huge Patio in the TriCities.

Guessing this night was extra 'sleezy'. We were situated next to two tables of 'let's get smashed and crude females. The behavior and carrying on and trying to lure in the male server. Awful. We were a family trying to have a fun dinner with friends. What was shocking is management never came over to 'curb' the behavior. Come on... More

We really like going to Browns Social House for a meal, the service is great and the meals are reasonably priced for the quality of food you get. It's a real gem of of place in our area. It's definitely a must visit.

Been meaning to write this review from a visit from a while back to Browns Social House in Newport Village. While the Dragon Bowl and chicken wings to start was good, the overall experience was just okay. The hostess, and also the server, seemed kind of disinterested in their jobs. I'm not sure what to make of the atmosphere, I... More

Food tastes like it came out of a bag. I had the soup and I could have gotten a the soup from save on or planet organic.

I suppose the words 'social house' should been my first clue. The menu is top-heavy with burgers and pub fare. My wife and I went there last night for our anniversary, and it was a bit noisy. Frankly, I view it more of a pub...than a restaurant. It was a bit noisy (but a hockey game was on). The food... More

House wine and brews at $4 are very good. Love the double-fried fries and the cowboy/cowgirl salads are dang good. Atmosphere and staff always welcoming. Patio great on a summer day/eve. Pizza is also a fine choice as is anything else on the menu.
