The place was jam packed when we went for dinner. Good thing they had a second floor. At first we were hesistant because if ever we needed something, maybe it would take time for us to be served since we were situated at the 2nd floor. They got that covered by placing a lot of staff ready to serve their... More

The Ocho Fish Restaurant was recommended to me by Z Pad Hotel in Tacloban. The restaurant itself its quite le and thexfush is verycfresharge and located downtown, so is either a short walk or just a pedicab ride away from most hotels. The menu is extensive and the food very fresh and well prepared. Service is a bit slow but... More

Been eating here everytime I am in Tacloban and the taste of their fresh seafoods seem to get better everytime. The place is noisy and always crowded because a lot of people kept coming for their meals. One of my favorite restaurants in Tacloban

The seafood offerings were varied for the appetite & budget. The grilled fish was delightfully fresh and sweet; clams were equally soft and far from stringy; and mussels done right with a touch of ginger. The presence of local clientele and attentive staff is an affirmation of a to-go place for seafood and then some.

Beautifully served large portions that were cooked to perfection. All staff wore wireless headsets to be advised when their orders were up so there was very little wait. It's crowded and recommended by the locals, two signs of a good restaurant. Our cabbie ate with us and offered some good suggestions. There was enough food for the three of us... More

This is the best place to eat in Tacloban. The staff are helpful and attentive, even when it is busy, which is most of the time as it is so good. The fish and vegetables are super fresh and you pick exactly what you want from a counter before it is cooked. Ocho have not altered their style to cater... More

Our group recently travelled to Tacloban and recommended this resto as a must. The location is in the city of Tacloban. We ordered the Tonto fish or also known as Cotton fish. Just grilled to perfection! A very meaty fish with less bones. We had clam soup and very juicy grilled scallops. Service though was average. This place is always... More
