As a coffee addict I an always looking for good cafes and Lin's is one of the better ones. The place itself is charming in a restored French building and the staff lovely. The coffee was great - Organic Laos Arabica - and lots of yummy food. The Wifi was far better than our guesthouse as well which was a... More

In this empty, sleepy town, Lin's Café is a gem. The food here is amazing (try the homemade yellow chicken curry or the burger), drinks are tasty (we had one too mant chocolate frappés...) and the staff are delightful. The sitting area upstairs and downstairs are peaceful and relaxing. I really do have to say the staff are amazing -... More

I tried to go to Lin's many times before it's opening time and my presence finally coincided! And when I did finally eat there, it did not disappoint. Great lassies, delicious sandwiches, good coffee and friendly atmosphere. Unfortunately, I was only able to have lunch here once but I will definitely go back if I'm ever in Savann again.

We loved Lin's so much we ate every meal we had in Savannakhet here! The shakes were really amazing as was all the food we tried! The chicken pasta and carbonara were incredible, really creamy and rich - something surprisingly hard to come by in Laos! And the croquettes and sandwiches and pancakes and fruit salad and muesli for breakfast... More

owner girl is friendly and the food also good too, but the time of closing is about 8pm so it quit fast.

Lin's is THE place in Savannakhep. Friendly, tourist-informative, great coffee & food, good service. Orientation to environs upstairs in free museum w/ a/c. English spoken. Int'l atmosphere. Lin opened especially for me on her day off to grab helpful tourist brochures. Got me oriented.

Got here very early, before 7am. Although it only opens 8:30, they agreed to open for us and served a much needed espresso. That's good service!

Checked tripadvisor and went there today for breakfast. Very good coffee, very friendly and helpful service, clean toilet, relaxing admosphere. Had american bf with a baguette (not sure if baguette is standard but i ordered it). Sausages as same as in thailand, not my cup of tee but egg, bacon, jam and the bread were good. I think the really... More

We stumbled into Lin's after seeing a flyer for the cafe in our guesthouse not knowing anything about the place. We were impressed right away with how charming the space is, and even more impressed when our beers came out, each bottle in its very own ice bucket to keep it cold - a thoughtful, stylish touch that we have...
