This restaurant has been a favorite of me and my family for quite some time now and not once have we been dissapointed. Used to have a meal here back in the early Millennium. However the food wasn't that muchg special. Many years later we got back there and they have not only changed but also improvded their quality of food aswell. However the service could be much and much better! Overall it's quite good!!

It was a pleasure to be there. Nice service and the diner was great. Every dish was served with a great wine.

This was our second dinner visit and we were delighted on both occasions. The restaurant has a great location right by the harbour entrance. The interior is very stylish and there is also an alfresco area which is perfect for Summer dining. On our second visit we all chose the 4 course tasting menu with matching wines. We all agreed... I have been 3 times and last 2 dinner I taken a Dover Sole. The merit goes to the schef, it made perfectly right, used not oil or margarin, but good quality butter, and fish was salted enough (not like some many restaurants) so perfect. Srvice was there all time when needed, not too much attention, what can be disturbing,... More

An easy-going restaurant where the food is prepared perfectly and tastes great, the wines match an taste great too and the service is sometimes great, sometimes inexperienced. All-in-all a great place to eat.

Had a quick lunch meeting at this restaurant. As we expected a sunny day and therefor a crowded restaurant we had made reservations. Because of this we were seated in the restaurant like area in stead of the brasserie area, thus being presented with the full menu and wine list. When explained that we were just there for a quick... We had quite some difficulties finding a good restaurant open for lunch on a Saturday in the Almere region. Eventually I called a friend and he suggested Brasserie Bakboord. When we got there the place was completely deserted, but fortunately they were open for lunch. There are two dining areas, a simple one (not very attractive) and a more elegant... More

Great food - tasted and was served in a very exclusive way. The personnel was very polite and thinking with us. We were with our daughter who was than 6 months. The foods was served very fast so our little one wouldn't get too impatient. Great spot for boat spotting - just in front of the harbor.
