Good quality, delicious food and fun atmosphere

I love Italian food, but some Italian restaurants can leave a lot to be desired in my opinion, as it becomes a quantity over quality thing. Not here, the portion sizes were good but not grotesque. The food was well thought out, fresh, delicious! The staff were very friendly and the whole restaurant... read more

We found this restaurant on TripAdvisor and were not disappointed. Our first evening in the city after arriving from London - we were looking for great food and service both of which we got. This has to be one of the best restaurants we've been too - we chose the 4 course set menu and a bottle of house red... More

We have been to the restaurant a few times. To be honest, mostly because its just around the corner where we live after recently moving to Copenhagen. They serve decent food at a decent price range. Don't expect anything fancy or extraordinary, you get what you pay for with an OK service. Thats it.

Recent visit by a friend here confirmed that this is an excellent restaurant: service was really good from start to end; we felt at home at got excellent guidance throughout the evening. We let ourselves convince to take the 3/4 course menu. Each was great! A follow-up visit by a group colleagues confirmed the view, that this is really a... More

"Went to Vita e Bella after TripAdvisor tip. We were not disappointed. Excellent service and attendance from the staff the whole evening.Do order their "Tronchetti di spinaci..." which is the best pasta dish my wife ever had. The lamb was, however, a disappointment. Two ordinary "lumps" of lamb in a thins sauce. The red housemen was excellent as was the... More

I was planning to write about the service and set menus, wine, a la carte etc, but looking at the other reviews I realize that it would just be another very positive review. Came there with family and they were as impressed as myself. Interesting to see if they can stay at that level?

Fantastic place! Wonderful food, lovely wine, outstanding service, and prices that are not at all expensive. All and all, I couldn't ask for more, of an Italian place in Denmark.

As a tourist, it's difficult to find quality Italian food without paying an arm and leg. There are a lot of Italian restaurants in Copenhagen and of course, I haven't tried all of them but I can honestly suggest this one should be on the top of your list. Having done the gourmet restaurant, Era Ora, which is insanely expensive... More

The place most recommended to me by my friends to take my visiting family. The atmosphere and service was great. The food was normal Italian food. Some of the dishes were on the saltier side.
