The Two Oceans Restaurant, opened its doors in December 1995, and is an integral part of the development at Cape Point, which is now part of the newly proclaimed Good Hope Section of the Table Mountain National Park. There is much here for visitors: from excellent dining and browsing through the curio shop, to witnessing the crashing waves where two oceans do battle near the tip of Africa. Set into the cliffs high above the south-western most tip of the Cape Peninsula, the Two Oceans Restaurant has a spectacular view over False Bay and comfortably seats some 350 guests. The innovative design of the restaurant ensures that all guests are able to enjoy the stunning views of this unique location – a view that is unrivalled and world renowned.Of course, you can also enjoy some of the Western Cape’s most magnificent wines when you dine at the Two Oceans Restaurant. The restaurants extensive outdoor deck presents plenty of opportunity for an incredible breakfast as well, or to catch some sun before taking the Flying Dutchman funicular up to the lighthouse, saving your energy for a walk down to one of the many beaches in the reserve. Our team of chefs meticulously prepare the comprehensive menu. The restaurant’s elegant fare is served in a relaxed manner, and can be enjoyed on our deck, or in the restaurant itself. Fresh seafood and sushi are the specialties, especially our world famous Two Oceans Restaurant Seafood Platter. We also cater for vegetarians, meat & salad lovers, and the younger ones.

Fantastic dining!

This restaurant seems so out of place for a national park. It is fantastic. The food is good, served promptly and with a smile. Very fancy dining for a park setting. We loved it!

We stopped at Two Oceans for Lunch during our Cape Point Tour. The restaurant was full but the staff made room for us and although there was a bit of a wait- ultimately it was so worth it! The View from the restaurant was simply Breathtaking- Second only to the Food- which was Spectacular!

We made reservations for the 29th of June for lunch before we started our Cape Point tour. We started with the soup du jour which was a thick creamy cauliflower soup. We then followed it by the langoustines but opted out on the sauce (vanilla coconut sounded too sweet for our liking). We tried most of the sushis on the... More

The guide we hired for two days drove us all around the greater Cape Town area and recommended lunch at Two Oceans at Cape Point. At the check-in desk, we noticed most guides sat away from their guests in an area the restaurant set aside specifically for guides to eat. We so enjoyed 'Ash", our guide, as he had such... More

We visited for lunch and were thoroughly impressed. The service was perfect and the food was outstanding. This is fine dining, set in one of the most remote and beautiful places. Our waiter, Cassy, provided attentive service and exceeded our expectations. The food was perfectly seasoned, fresh and served at just right temperatures. Presentations were thoughtful and attractive. What a... More

It's worth the drive and entry to the park (£6) and don't be put off by the car park and coaches as you arrive (it's all a bit seasidy tourist trap until you walk into the restaurant). First thing you see it floor to ceiling windows which on our day showcased a fantastic view of the Atlantic and Indian Oceans... More

We just wanted to have a quick bite, but we ended up staying a while having two main courses of Sushi. Once we were done it was time for a little desert and wow even it was something amazing. Treat yourself after walking to the point!

Booked here for Fathers Day Lunch the restaurant for obvious reasons was pretty full. However the service and staff attitude was excellent. The presentation, taste and portions of the food was also above average. We both enjoyed our lunch and would definitely come back.

To find oneself sitting outside having a late lunch at the End of the Continent, was such a thrill. It was a lovely clear sunny day, which made the views all the more spectacular. The food was absolutely delish, which took us quite by surprise. Normally with these heavily populated tourist attractions, fine dining doesn't normally spring to mind. But,... More
