Great Thai Food

My second visit and looked forward to it and was not disappointed. Excellent food, good service and a nice evening. The menu is not large but contains more authentic takes on classic Thai dishes. The staff are more than happy to help convert dishes to vegetarian and also fire the dishes up for... read more

The four of us chose the Itsara Impress option at $58, and it did. Four individual starters each in those buffet style spoons looked the part, though I have to say a couple could be improved. The main courses were superb - barramundi (which I always find disappointing), duck, seafood, and beef - which I would never had ordered, but... More

I suppose one of the problems facing an ethnic restaurant is the language barrier that can sometimes accompany employing authentic nationals who understand the food and the culture. The food we ordered at Itsara was excellent although a little pricy. The real problem was that the staff were difficult to understand and this problem was not helped by the live'... More

We recently had dinner here and we were not disappointed. The staff were really friendly, the atmosphere was nice (something that's often lacking in Perth restaurants). We ordered main meals and they were delicious and full of flavour. Normally we skip dessert, but I'm so glad we didn't here. I had the house pavlova and it was amazing! We will... More

A group of five of us went on Saturday to celebrate a friends birthday. Unfortunately it wasn't as good as we expected. The table was not ready and the maitre d' seemed very unwilling to offer us a drink. The waitress, on the other hand, deciding to be very friendly, used terms of endearment such as "sweetie and honey" which... More

My husband took me to this quaint Thai restaurant for a 'date night' and we weren't disappointed. We sat in the garden area outside and talked freely without noise. The tables are far enough away that we managed to have a private conversation, which was just was we desired. The food was just delicious and we enjoyed all three courses.... More

Prices are a little higher than your average cheap and cheerful suburban Thai but are more than matched by the quality of the food, service and serving plates. We were not very hungry so only had an entree each, (the crispy fish, and the duck salad) with a bowl of rice and these were more than adequate. Main courses at... More

I went on a Saturday night with a group of 8 ladies. The place was fully booked and they were very busy. The service was ok, but we had to flag someone down a couple of times for wine and to place our order. I had a red fish curry that was amazing, one of the best curries I have... More
