Supposedly, this historical building is haunted. If so, the vibes are positive. We were a party of 4, seated outside, and enjoyed the daily special of a chicken gyro with side. My salad was very fresh and delicious. We enjoyed the meal.

Jester's Court... please never take these off the menu. To be honest I've had many things on the menu and sometimes its hit & miss re: consistency but I've never been unhappy. The fish taco's though? Dreamy and amazing. Might pick up some tonight on my way through Port.

The food here is pretty close to perfect for a small town pub, but the thing that stands out the most is the staff. I don't think I've ever had bad service, and we've been coming here for years. The beer selection is decent (though they should take a little more caution cleaning the taps), but the lunches and dinners... More

This is one of my go to places in town. Drinks and atmosphere are great! Unfortunately, the food is hit and miss. It will be excellent one visit and then a total mess the next. The other thing is they need to STOP changing the menu. Just when you get used to the menu they switch it again- and they... More

This restaurant has been around for many years and shows it. Nice outdoor patio but the inside needs to be redone top to bottom. The place is dingy and smelly. Typical bar food and service can be very frosty depending on who servers you. I used to go there a lot when there were no options, now I don't.

Stopped here for lunch on Christmas Eve - what a wonderful little place. Had a true pub atmosphere with plenty of beers on tap, dark wood and a fireplace. The locals provided a great ambience while we ate our lunch. The food was really good. Like this place so much that we are considering having our wedding reception here. If... More

This year Jesters won the local chili cookoff. The food is fresh and doesn't disappoint. Staff is amazing, helpful, informative. The establishment needs a major redo. Outside patio is excellent on those days when alfresco dining is possible. Inside is dark, dingy, and ragged.

Friends or ours, who live in Port Perry, treated us to a wonderful meal at the Jester Court on Queen Street! First of all, the restaurant is housed on an attractively manicured property with trees all around - we would have passed it as the sign is somewhat obstructed by the foliage. The environment is clean with lots of seating,... More

Visited this pub with some out of town family, we all had something different, the steak and stuffed chicken were amazing, my son had the ribs and they were fall off the bone tender a pleasant surprise at a pub. The atmosphere was fresh and clean and apparently just redone, according to our pleasant and helpful server. We will definetly... More

This was a hot favourite at one time, that's changed quite a bit now. The place has lost its quaintness and the food wasn't really that great. Service was just ok and the place isn't very comfortable. We found it overpriced and the urge to revisit has now passed.
