Food excellent, so was the service. But I noticed, that when I added 15% as a tip, the unit calculates this over the total amount which included the HST. This works out of not a 15% tip but a 17% tip in my case..(16.98%) The 15% should be calculated over the total cost of the dinner which should NOT include... More

I loved the decor of the restaurant, the servers were friendly and hard-working and the food was good but maybe one shouldn't visit the women's washroom if one is put off by a toilet which is disgustingly brown stained. Ughh! I hope the kitchen is cleaner. I spoke to the server about it and was told that it has been... More

Enjoyed a good nice at the Front Porch. The seafood crepe was very good with shrimp and crab in a cheese sauce. The crab was imitation but very good nevertheless. The crepe came with a side order of salad or beef barley soup. We each tried a different side and both were very good. The restaurant was very busy at... More

Not too bad. We coundnt get assay at the piano bar up the road so we went here. It's a little older and dated but that's ok. Food was quick but it wasn't busy. The people were friendly.

Had a great lunch. Butternut soup very flavourful, crustless quiche lovely and everything was hot! The raisin scones were a feature and enjoyed by all of us. Each of us had something different and we were all pleased with the selections. Service was friendly and fairly quick.

Stopped there for lunch and found the location to be very nice. It's not too big, however there seemed to be adequate seating. Lunch time seemed to carter to an older crowd. It's not a fast food joint so it maybe a little slower than some might like. The service was very friendly. The surroundings are pleasant and the lunch... More

The food, though the menu is the same is not as good as it use to be. If you sit in the front window it is like eating two feet from the sun. The wait staff are slow and inefficient. The tea made with Port Perry water is excellent! New owners are never there on weekends it seems so complaining... More

Charming restaurant, very good service, great value. One tiny suggestion -- separate salad from sandwich so the bread isn't soaked in salad dressing!

Why do I keep trying this place? The menu is so boring and the decor in the room very dated. This place needs an overhaul.
