Since opening in 2001, we have made it our mission to source the best produce the 'Rijk van Nijmegen' area has to offer. Local ingredients are used to create dishes inspired by French and international cuisines. Our menus are created with a passion for pure taste, texture and quality.

We are featured in both the Michelin and Gault-Millau guides and have for several years been the proud possessors of a Michelin Bib Gourmand, emphasizing our great value-for-money menus.

There also is a carefully chosen wine list and we are happy to serve wines by the glass to accompany individual dishes.

We look forward to welcoming you to 'In geuren en kleuren' to experience the taste of the region!

I am a Malaysian Chinese, therefore I am here writing my review base on my likes and dislikes as well as the food that I have tried around the world. My husband who is a Dutch and I went there for dinner with one of the the Albert Heijn Campaign (i.e. Dinner for two person but pay for one person,... More

Had dinner here after a very wet day at Efteling. The Kumamoto oysters were reasonably priced, as was their menu, which consisted of Zuit Zure (a Dutch salad/bread), pork loin/cheeks and a flying fish for which we paid an extra supplemental charge. Service was slow, but that was probably because it was packed on a busy Friday night. Still, not... More

A very good restaurant, relaxing atmosphere, excellent wines. The hostess and the chef are the owners of the restaurant, which expresses itself into a very warm stay. Their staff is very friendly and capable. There is enough choice in meals, also for vegetarians and people with special diets. There are 2 kinds of menus: a daily menu and a regularly changing... Not cheap but value for money and interesting selection of food for the foodies. Need to book as it was pretty busy but well worth it.

Absolutely great diner (even with IENS promotion). Each dish had wonderfull colours and great tastes. Completed with the wine arrangement it was a marvelous not to be forgotten. Two extreme highligts were the fresh raw oisters as a starter and as a dessert some delicious cheeses....the Cornwell blue came from paradise!! We will sure come back....it is nice to know... More

Tonight we went to the restaurant with high expectations. The restaurant was nominated for a Michellin star (1 of 100), so me and the family where very excited. The welcome was more than fine, but once we where seated it took a while before we got our first drink. The menu was clear, we had the 'rising star' menu and... More

If it starts to get cold they put on the heathers.in the kitchen they use local products and you can also drink the... More

My wife and I ate at this restaurant yesterday evening. Service: excellent - very friendly without being overdone, interested in accommodating our wishes. Almost exclusively local produce. Delicious amuses - especially the home made sweets with the coffee. Menu is not extensive, but the food was excellently cooked and presented. My wife is vegetarian; no problem. We shall eat there...
