My last review of this place was 4 years ago. Im back for a few eeeks and had t go to my favourite brew pub in the US, so far!! Scaning down the reviews i see one from Alaskafoodie, take a look, 1 review and its a pan, this is not what you get here. Discount it entirely. You may... More

Nice place. Pizza and beer were great. Nice menu variety with good prices. Our waitress forgot about us so we requested a different one. She was great!! If you are in fairbanks i would recommend going. Family friendly too.

Silver Gulch is just down the road from the Gold Dredge 8. Wish we had realized that; we drove back to town; then later came back to the brewery. Make sure to check the hours; we arrived about 3pm and the facility didn't open until 4.

We've been many times. This place never disappoints. Great beers on tap (as well as a grand selection of bottles) and the service is always informed and professional. We've enjoyed every meal we've had there, tried much of the menu. Highly recommended.

The Osculum Infame, a Belgian style quad rocks! Eat here on every trip to Fairbanks and it is always great!

Coming from Philly with the abundant choices of restaurants is quite a change. Silver Gulch was the first restaurant we went to once we got settled in Fairbanks. Its a cool place. The outside is rustic and then the inside is very pretty. When we went we had got there right at dinner rush so it was packed. Service was... More

Our tour guide knew what he was doing when he included this visit. We had a great meal, some delicious beer and a tour of the brewery. The server was gracious and lots of fun. An added treat was that there is a geocache right on site if one is into that hobby. We thoroughly enjoyed the time spent at... More

The beer was good, lots of choices. Our party of 5 had all different beers and were all very happy. The food was not the best. Over cooked burger for my husband, dry fish for my dad ( hard to believe getting poorly cooked fish in Alaska ) the other dishes were good, but there is not any straightforward type... More

We had a delicious meal with drinks. This was made more special by the attentive service or our wait staff.

The Silver Gulch has an excellent beer menu. There were 10 or so beers that are brewed on site, as well as a decent selection from around the world, and it is all reasonably priced. We went for dinner and thought the food was strong as well. They offer a selection of burgers, individuals pizzas, seafood, ribs, steak, etc. with... More
