Good lunch

Visited the stores in this unusual little mall. At Fred and Ethel's for lunch. Servers were quick and personable, food (sandwiches) were tasty and fresh.

Ate here on a Saturday night, no wait (November!). Cute, quaint shopping plaza location. The interior ambiance is fantastic and quaint. Service was great and my steak was absolutely fabulous. Everyone in my family loved their food. Warm, homey, cozy place. Would definitely eat there again if I lived nearby.

Establishment located in the self-advertised village of Smithville, a quaint little area.We began with appetizers. The buffalo chicken wontons are delicious. The Cajun chips themselves are also delicious, but the bleu cheese sauce does not add much. In that it was Mexican Monday there were many specials in effect. My partner opted for the Fajita Salad, which was huge and... More

My significant other had been wanting to take me to Historical Smithville for a few months but we had been so very busy and finally found the time. As we were walking around and enjoying the day and each other, I became a touch dizzy and said, I think I need food and water. He agreed, as he was thinking... More

Whenever we are out cruising in the area, we always stop here for lunch. We especially like the salads and the soup's are super. The service this time was excellent, and food came quicker than last visit. Nice menu, cold beer and great prices.

Fred & Ethel were instrumental in founding Historic Smithville, NJ. The village is made up of actual historic buildings brought in from many areas around the state that are now restaurants and shops.

We went Friday night for dinner. 4 adults and four kids between the ages of 8-12. All of the food was very good! Prices are fair and portions are large but not obnoxious. Service was excellent but slowed as the meal progressed. My only complaint is that 18% gratuity was added on without it being pointed out. We still tipped... More

We stop here for dinner every time we come to Smithville. Not sure what day of the week they have a $10 pre fix but it is awesome. Plus a great selection of beers on tap

We have had dinners here before and the food is very good. We just stopped and each had the cheesesteaks. The sandwiches tasted very good, but were very skimpy. We could put all the meat on one half of the roll and the sandwich was still not up to a good cheesesteak's size in Philly. We will definitely go back,... More

After you visit the shops, stop at this delightful restaurant named after the founders of the historic town of Smithville - Fred and Ethel Noyes. Enjoyed the look of the place - brick floors, windows looking out on the village, separate bar area. The menu provided lots of choices, as well as daily specials. Would not recommend a specialty of... More
