Interesting, unexpected, very nice ambiance!

Good meal, especially the salad and garlic bread. Very nice additions...fresh melon, extra wine, local spirits...Live music: discreet and very well played, very well chosen! Friendly and helpful hosts! Amazing art gallery!

We came across this little place by chance whilst driving around the countryside. It was late Boxing Day evening and I think they were surprised to see 5 people walk in having not had other customers all evening; they were settled down watching television. They could not have been more accommodating though and made us feel very welcome; like walking... More

We have visited before in 2014 and then as is now, we were simply in love with this establishment. It is lovely and traditional and feels as if you're sitting in someone's front garden, which is not a bad thing. The server and chef were lovely and engaging to speak to, alas no live music for us though. The food... More

We walked up here one sweltering evening with a view to reaching Peyia town centre up the hill, but we gave up in the heat and settled here at the Mediterranean. An ecceentric Cypriot lady beckoned us in, and fed us wine and beer. Jolly and interesting fellow countrymen were sat at tables wither side of us which added to... More

I'll just say it as it happened and leave you to draw your own conclusions. We decided to try this restaurant last night and entered at about 8.30. There was an act on and the atmosphere seemed fun and relaxed. Seemed quiet enough with about 15 people so we went in. As with previous comments the greeting was nice and... More

Originally, we were just going to check the menu, but were not given a chance, as we were swept inside by the owner. We were followed in by the evening's entertainment (a couple on sax and jazz vocals), who kindly handed out various percussion instruments for us to use as the meal progressed. As others have said, the free starter... More

Nine of us visited this Restaurant, which looks lovely and authentically Cypriot from the outside. Unfortunately that was the highlight of the evening. We received some extremely strange dishes, none of which were particularly edible. The salad comprised mostly a cooked white cabbage with some very long spring onions and various other leaves. The pasta with blue cheese sauce had... More

Everything - with one small exception - about the food here is generous. We loved the free home made garlic bread wrapped round a spear of rosemary; the free veg platter with fried courgette flowers and sweet corn amongst other veg; the enormous salads with tapenade and dips. OK the 'dancing potatoes'don' t quite live up to their publicity but... More
