Places in South Goa generally close early. So, when we were searching for places to have dinner one late night in Cavelossim, this pretty restaurant on the bank of river Sal came to our rescue. Very friendly and helpful staff who specially made food for us although they were past their last order time. We tried out the stuffed mushroom... More

In between Betty's and Fisherman's Wharf overlooking the river, this small restaurant offers quality food. This would have been our number one restaurant because the food is very good. However, for some reason unknown to us not many people appear to frequent it. For starters we would highly recommend the satay chicken and stuffed mushrooms followed by a fish dish... More

Four of us had a lovely meal here although the service was slow. The waiter brought the fish platter and we decided to have a red snapper between us cooked in garlic butter. It was delicious and served with two types of potatoes, mixed veg and roasted tomatoes on the vine.Definitely worth waiting for.

this restaurant is located down a track behind Bettys Shack just past the Holiday Inn. You can eat at tables overlooking the River Sal or actually sit on the moored Bettys boat if you fancy something a little more romantic. The service isn't the fastest in the world but everything is freshly prepared. The menu is a good mix if... More

It's an amazing experience, but be prepared for the fish stink as this restaurant is on the river during low tide the water stinks and you may not like to have food but the taste of the food is... All hype, poor service, food not worth trying, poor value for money. We visited expecting a great evening and dinner. But were left disappointed. The restaurant was deserted, we kept waiting for the waiter and left ignored. Food was not even half worth the value. Avoid, you have lot many better places to visit on the Sal.

Had three nights at this venue. Staff extremely friendly and helpful when you have a wife who nevers knows what to eat. Good menu and excellent prices. The only downside was service was slow but who cares when you are enjoying yourself. Would certainly return there in future years.

Visited this place after the previous night at Fisherman;'s wharf and was looking forward to a nice dinner. Was surprised to hear from them that the place was reserved even while i could see a few people (all foreigners) dining there and the rest of the restaurant was empty. After enquiring from at least a couple of other people in... More

We stopped and had lunch at the pier, it is situated right next to the river, I had the seafood salad which was excellent and my husband tried the spaghetti bolognese and to our amazement it was great. We highly recommend this place.
