Our favourite in Guillestre

Excellent staff & value for money restaurant in central location; need to book in advance to be sure of eating here; menu is traditional of the area & plenty of choice; I can highly recommend the trout dishes, & you get interesting veg too

We ate here on the recommendation of our hotel (and TA reviews) and we were not disappointed. lovely traditional food, well cooked, served and presented. the staff were very friendly. Guillestre is a charming town and this is an ideal "entree'!

By far the best restaurant in town (and around!) They serve local specialties such as fondues and raclettes but also local Durance fish (trout, etc...) The waitress is also the owner so she really knows how to make you feel at home!
