Love everything about this place, should go more often! Their food is great and they are open all year, which is a rarity around this part of the world.

Very friendly staff, comfortable venue, with pleasant views, but above all; extremely tasty food. Chowder was full of chunks of fish and hints of mushroom. Chorizo and kale soup was a lovely surprise. Desserts were excellent - perfect creme brulee and the crumble was just as it should be.

The best thing is it was still open , most places in the area shut, and it was still producing very nice crab scariness and a tasty bowl of soup, not to mention a great pint of stout 3 to choose from

O'Sullivans was recommended to us by the Mizen Information Centre and what a good choice! We enjoyed the local hospitality, excellent food (great portion sizes) and the views of the harbour are just lovely. The owner collects bank notes from around the world and we were happy to oblige with some he didn't have :-)

We visited today for lunch and had the famous open crab sandwich and salad which was very good. We shared the bread and butter pudding and it was delicious. Finished off with an Irish and a Baileys Irish coffee - perfect. A nice cosy atmosphere particularly in a showery day. We will return to try the chowder another day. Would... More

Stopped off in Crookhaven while driving around West Cork. It's a cute little Harbour with a couple of eateries. I had heard about O'Sullivan's crab sandwiches. While I didn't have crab on this occasion the reputation was good enough for us to stop by. It was a beautiful so we say outside and ordered soups and sandwiches. The toastie was... More

Stopped off here with the intention of having dinner on Mon Aug 25th only to find that the kitchen was already closed at 7pm & there was no food available. I was extremely disappointed as O'Sullivan's had been highly recommended as "a must go to & eat"...... We enjoyed our drinks & the atmosphere was great

Brilliant food as usual even though it was a very busy day. Amazing how they get your food to you despite the crowds outside. Great open crab sandwiches.
