Nice spot for lunch

Second time eating here, great atmosphere and service is very good. Menu range is small but we were just stopping for a quick bite so it suited our needs.

Allegedly the most westerly pint in Ireland, it's a great place to enjoy some superlative crab and a pint, either inside, or, better yet, at one of the tables outside, on the water. An absolutely delightful respite, and the staff couldn't be any kinder or more accommodating. And the seafood chowder is over-the-top!

Back here after fifteen years, and nothing has changed - great open crab sandwiches and chowder. The best in Crookhaven.

We stumbled across this place quite by accident on a touring holiday. The menu may not be extensive the food is excellently prepared and filling and certainly seems to be popular with tourists and locals alike. On a warm summer's day with blue skies (yes, they do exist in Ireland!) nothing could have been more lovely.

We just had a bowl of delicious chowder, full of fish, and the best crab sandwiches I've ever had, sitting in the sunshine in this delightful village

Unfortunately because of the drive ahead we could not have one of the 'Most Southerly Pints in Ireland' that the pub is famous for but we had a lovely lunch here on a wet afternoon in Crookhaven. We enjoyed the homemade mushroom soup and delicious fresh sandwiches one of crab and one of beautiful pink roast beef.

Lovely to sit out by the pier in the sunshine with some tea and scones with jam and cream :) and when it rains inside is nice and cozy. The staff are friendly and very accommodating for my families specific requests.

Tommy O Sullivan has got it right. We visited in May and had a lovely evening listening to his guest musician, Katie play the concertina and Tommy play his guitar. The bar was full of locals who love listening to this special music, and we decided to melt into the crowd. It was a Monday night and we sat in... More

A cosy little spot at the end of the world (well Ireland at least). Location: Located just off the pontoon, this is a handy little spot if visiting by boat as we were. Food: Top notch. I highly recommend the open crap sandwich. It's delicious, and goes very well with a pint of the excellent creamy Guinness (or foreign stout... More
