Amazing view, good food

Celebrated our Wedding Anniversary on a Monday night. They sent a free Limo to our B & B which was lovely. Food was nice, views amazing. Book a table next to the windows to take advantage of the lights of Melbourne on a clear night.

We hadn't been to Sky High for years and decided to go for lunch. The gardens and the venue were beautiful even though it was a cold, wet and windy day. The staff seated us by the window which was great and the customer service was wonderful. Our waitress was so friendly and obliging and the food was good too,... More

We're really disappointed when we've got our table (27) ....I'm not sure that table is always there or just for "last minute". The table was exactly in the entrance it was awful and COLD! I booked our Mother's Day Lunch 4 weeks before the big day and they said, they followed the "booking sequence" so that's why we've got this table,so... More

Went here for dinner recently with my wife for our anniversary. I've been to SkyHigh many times for the view, but never for a meal or function. The restaurant is small (30 seats?) but quite intimate with beautiful views of Melbourne. Being a well-known destination for views, I wasn't expecting too much in terms of the food, but we were... A limo picked us up from our cottage in Olinda, as part of our dining experience. A terrific guy!!! When we arrived at the Sky high, the driver showed us the way around and explained the view from the balcony. The views are fantastic. We were shown to our seats and served promptly. The meals were good, we enjoyed them.... More

We thoroughly enjoyed a recent wedding reception at Skyhigh. Our expectations regarding the quality of the food weren't all that high, I suppose, but they were surpassed in every was - standard of service, presentation, cleanliness, thoughtful staff and tasty food. It has encouraged us to return for another meal (which we'll pay for, next time!).

The views from the restaurant is breath taking but unfortunately the food left a lot to be desired. We dined here over the Labour Day Weekend with our 5 year old and the food selection for both her was chips and nugget or pasta in a sauce but without meat. We didn't want her to have chips so asked if... More

Excellent food and a willingness to do anything for their customers is the hall mark of SkyHigh Bistro and Restaurant. The food and views speak for themselves but what is different is the willingness to adapt, help out and generally work to make the experience as good as possible. I drive an electric car and driving out to the hills... More
