Excellent but pricey

We have visited Kinmel arms many times and it never fails to impress us. Lovely hospitality and fabulous food, although sometimes small quantities and expensive. Well worth a visit. We still keep going back.

Very good food quality. Compared to other pubs it might be a bit overpriced. Nevertheless, it was worth it. I would like to see the pork belly as a main, instead of a starter! It was lovely!

Good accommodation in lovely clean interesting themed rooms. Pub is cosy and the food in the restaurant was great with good wine list too.

Very very expensive, I was still hungry when I left. Very nice decor, service was very good, atmosphere very good, expensive cars outside, average age must have been 45. Bill without drinks was roughly £90

This is a great pub/ restaurant and brilliant if you are out with the dig and fancy lunch or a drink, as they are pet friendly and allowed dogs in the bar area. The lunch menu consists of sandwiches and main courses and all made fresh with great produce. The menu changes quite often which is nice but also a... More

This pub was recommended to us - and quite rightly so! We love old, country pubs (being city folks) so this was just perfect location and ticked all the right boxes. The menu is wonderful with so many exciting things to choose from, making it very difficult to choose indeed. I went for the pork belly and the roe deer.... More

The Kinmel Arms is a bit out of the way but well worth taking the trouble to visit . We would advise booking as it can get busy as you would expect with a place of this quality. You can relax and have a drink whilst they take your order then go to the restaurant to eat. There is a... More

The Kinmel Arms comprises a traditional pub, complete with log fires, oak and slate decor, and also a superb restaurant. The chef is imaginative, there is a regular change of 'specials', and the service friendly and welcoming. In addition, for those lucky enough to stay, there are individually designed and super-comfortable bedrooms. The location is rural, and very beautiful -... More
