We booked a large table for my sisters birthday 16 of us.The weather was very sunny and we had wines served out side from 7,15 pm while all the family and guests arrived. James the manager and all the staff kept a busy night problem free. At approx 8 pm we had James very helpfully take all our orders and... More

My favourite thing about this place was how relaxed the whole evening was. We're so used to these days having one course after another so quickly, but this was not the case here it was all done at a very nice leisurely pace, not rushing to get the next people at your table. Staff were all very nice. I really... More

We are regular lunchers. Very good welcoming bar. Menu is well judged and changes on a regular basis. The food from the burgers to the pricier end of the menu illustrates the excellence of the kitchen team. All round good.

Had an evening meal here this being the around the 10th visit in 2 years people say about the service as bad a couple of times I never experienced this. Yes we had a young lad who was abit keen and brought our starters out before removing the nibbles but you could tell he was new so give the lad... More

The Kinmel Arms was recommended to us whilst staying at St Asaph. So having no way of Tripadvisoring it, we went, not having seen any reviews. We were not disappointed at all. Saturday night and the place was full and perhaps a little noisy but surely that is a good sign. The bar had a good choice of drinks and... More

Very mixed experience! Service was poor. Had to order a glass of wine 4 times before it arrived.. Lamb dish was disappointing although other 3 meals and desserts to a high standard

My husband and I came for a meal to celebrate my Birthday. With it being mid week it was quiet, calm and relaxed just perfect with us having busy lives. Customer service was fantastic we were made to feel very welcome and were sat by the warm log burner. Drinks were brought over along with the menu. After choosing our... More

Went for lunch on a Tuesday. I had been here a few times but never had the lunch menu. We where greeted by James who had worked there for over 10 years he as always was friendly polite and very helpful. The food was excellent as was the atmosphere. This place isn't cheap nor in my opinion very dear. You... More

This is a lovely place in a lovely location. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The menu is interesting with enough choice and locally sourced dishes. The food was well cooked, presented and served in a lovely restaurant. It is quite expensive but worth it. The inn itself is interesting with a lovely relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed it,... More

Visited the Kinmel Arms for a holiday treat with an elderly relative. Menu had good choice for all tastes ranging from light meals to a three course meal, reasonably priced for the superb quality. The Kinmel Arms is modern (in contrast to rival pubs that have a 70s look) with good service by friendly staff and the proprietors, making for... More
