Ca Na Toneta is a reference on the island for its stand for local, traditional and seasonal products and dishes. The Solivellas sister lead a deliciously unique restaurant in Caimari, where they try to use as many of their vegetables from their own garden, as well as local meats and fish. A very recomendable restaurant to enjoy a relaxed dinner.

Actual only secret to us it appears. The Restaraunt was full in this little village of Caimari. Again a taster menu which was superb, Great food, lovely all lady staff. Very cosy terrace and lovely food. The Restaraunt must have about 50 covers of mainly German clients, but as the staff are multi lingual it doesn't phase them. Once again... More

After sitting down, we were told the menu is a "taster" menu. There were no menus or prices advertised. Our meal was 97 euros, expensive for a taster menu. Although there were 5 courses, the portions are very small. We were not happy at the end of our meal with the lack of clarity and transparency Ca Na Toneta delivered.

I cannot praise this place enough. This was our second trip to the beautiful Majorca and the top of our list was to visit this restaurant- we booked a week before we went. It was initially recommended by a local. The restaurant itself is very relaxed, simple and cool. We chose to sit outside under the grape vines and enjoyed... More

Just a very special village restaurant where most of the ingredients and most of the wine has travelled less than a few miles and where service is knowledgeable and done with natural charm

Booked for Saturday night on the recommendation of a top Sommelier based in London and it did not disappoint. The food was beautifully presented with such delightful combinations of flavours in every dish (5 plate taster menu) - spinach and strawberry as part of a local savoury dish was simply divine. Service excellent and clear that pride in the locally-sourced... More

If you want a value buffet or like big plates full of food this may not be the place for you. But if you enjoy truly local ingredients (from their own garden) imaginatively prepared with real thought and imagination in a lovely old Mallorcan cottage this is a really unique place. the Sollivelas sisters opened their restaurant 18 years ago... Prior to arriving in Mallorca we did our research and chose to book Ca Na Toneta for our first evening, and we are glad we did. The restaurant is beautifully set out with a lovely warm feel with gorgeous local pieces of art dotted around. We were warmly welcomed (despite being late) and the food was beautiful. All of the... We have just had a wonderful lunch at Cana Tonata. A truly memorable meal with the freshest ingredients. Teresa made our visit extra special with her knowledge of all the home grown dishes. In 40 years this is the best meal I have on this beautiful Island . Outstanding value too! We can't wait to revisit.

We struggled to park for this little restaurant, and struggled even more to navigate our way out of the tiny village!! The terrace was tiny, funkily and interestingly painted by a Palma artist, portraying environmental issues regarding food suppliers. Our food was really tasty and nicely presented, our only issue was that of visitors to our table…ANTS!! Sadly, they plagued our... More
