Local favourite The Old Fire Station hides three floors of relaxed modern dining and drinking behind its imposing red-brick Victorian exterior in central Brentford. Serving the best fresh, and home-made Persian cuisine, the restaurant has a convivial buzz, with brown leather sofas, a fish tank and a mixology cocktail bar. We cater to vegetarians also.

Great food, bad location

The downside with this restaurant is that you have to go through a very noisy bar to access it. We walked around the building looking for the entrance but discovered you have to go into a crowded bar and up a spiral staircase strung with fairy lights! The night we went there was also a very loud... read more

Lovely food, reasonably priced and great service. We were in the area to watch the six Nations rugby, just stumbled across the restaurant and we're freaky glad we did. Recommended!

I held my daughter's 18th birthday party here and the staff were amazing! From the moment we arrived, they helped with decorations, setting up the projector, went out of their way to make sure we were all happy and had everything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble. My daughter had an amazing time. All her friends loved it and kept... More

I arranged a surprise 50th birthday party here for about 60 people. I have nothing but praise for the service and support I received. Irena was both helpful and efficient, she made the function room look perfect, and tailored everything to my needs. Everything ran super smoothly, all the guests thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I completely recommend this venue... More

While visiting Kew Gardens, we heard about the Old Fire Staion Bar & Restaurant in Brentford & thought why not try the food & drink here. We all wished if this bar & restaurant were in Knightsbridge, where we live. Food among top foods I have had in the top restauants in London with the exeption of service which matched... More

I attended a football match at Brentford and this restaurant was 5 minutes walk from Griffin Park. The building was a 'cool' renovated fire station and a chilled atmosphere was evident immediately upon entering the bar which occupies the entire ground floor. The bartender was friendly and it was 2 for 1 cocktails so it would be rude not to.... More

I don't know why, but I just really like this place. I've been there as a punter and my company used it for a corporate event last year and it's just a cool place. It's a shame it's not in a busier area, as it deserves to be packed.

On an impromptu jaunt for dinner, The Old FireStation here in Brentford proved to be a good option, certainly the best in the locale... From fab. cocktails in the Bar downstairs through to the excellent service in the restaurant, great stuff !
