Tragaluz Restaurant is located in one of the most picturesque streets of Tiradentes, with old houses and churches. Super pleasant atmosphere, very well attended, is always full and it's good to make reservations in advance. The menu already demonstrates the attention to detail,... More

The restaurant was recommended by the Pousada owner and one of its guests. So our expectations were high and I have to be honest: we were definitely not disappointed. The dining room is just simply stunning and very tastefully decorated. There is lots or caracter and atmosphere. The menu is a delightful read, with all sorts of doodles and loads... More

Food was "ok- ish" the hem was not wonderful and a bit too much sauce in it. The foie gras was delicious and the fried guava dessert was unforgettable. Menu was very playful and artistic, so I'll give the restaurant credit for that. The waiter was very friendly and helpful but the put off was on the hostess, called (Ana... More

This restaurant has a great atmosphere and has a beautiful dining room. The food was not very exciting. Wine list is good but prices stiff. The Angolan hen came swimming in a sauce with if I am correct frozen vegetables at least that is what they tasted like. The pork with a parmesan crust was really dry. The bread with... More

We really enjoyed this restaurant. It has a great atmosphere and a beautiful dining room. The food could be improved though. I can "home cook"'and I expect something a bit more exciting for these prices. My lamb tagine was tasty but it was only a tagine! There is no finesse to the cooking and would be gastro pub standard in... More

This restaurant has candles around the tables and it is very cozy, they have a different menu, which look like a comic book, they serve a traditional food which is the Angola Chicken, my husband had the traditional one and I had the one with the pasta that was simply delicious. Their starter is also delicious!

Great food, can't complain about that. Nice atmosphere. But the service was one of the worst I have had in any restaurant in Brazil. Slow, unfriendly service. The waiters attend to the people they think are paying the most. If you don't look like you fit in with the patrons, you're treated like it. At the end, we waited for... More

A really nice location, very good food. More elaborate than the comida mineras. But more expensive as well. We were there in the winter, so eating Inside was quite pleasant but there are outdoor tables that must be fantastic in warmer weather. A very good experience altogether.

We enjoyed our dinner at this beautiful spot but found it to be quite pricey. So be prepared! The food is created with a great deal of care. We especially enjoyed the soups.

Nice ambiance, great food, good wines. The waiters are very solicitous. The pasta is homemade. The guinea fowl is deliciious. It's worth a visit.
