Cuisines: Spanish
Dining options: Breakfast/Brunch, Reservations, Late Night
Description: This is a superb dining experience on the promenade at Los Alcazare4s, on the Mar Menor in Spain. The food is superb. I have eaten there in july 2011 and july 2010 and both times the friendly and professional staff were wonderful, helpful and very family friendly. There is a hotel attached. The food offered is a wonderful array of meat, fish and spanish dishes. My friends had sweet, and moist bream and bass I had the most unctuous pork knuckle. The desserts were well made, fresh and full of flavour. On Thursdays/Friday there are dances to Spanaish live music where hundreds watch and dance along the prom. I recommend this wonderful establishment.

We took advice of locals to visit this beautiful restaurant. We took the tourist train from the end of the strip and ticket collector gave us directions. The meal was out of this world. The best we had in all 19 days on holiday. The service was great and the views were amazing. Over all our bill was €60 for... More

What a lovely restaurant, staff smart and very efficient. Superb position right on the beach with great views across to La Manga strip. Wether you have breakfast, Tapas or a full meal the food is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I always feel it is a good sign if you go regularly to a restaurant and the staff is still the same. We have been going to L'Encarnacion for the past nine years both in May and September and have found it to be consistently good. In September they have a Flamenco Night which is great value. Great food and... More

When I was invited to a flamenco evening I started to dial for a taxi to the airport. My image of an old lady in a red flamenco dress from Asda could not have been more wrong. It was fantastic. 2 sittings on a Sunday night of really good food (ask for menu del noche- which comes with a very... More

This restaurant has a lot of history in the city, you can eat in the courtyard that is very confortable or in the terrace seeing all the beach. The food is very nice and you can enjoy of one of the best "Calderos" (Typical food from Murcia), also they have a very good Chill Out during the night, and has... More

Four of us visited here at about 8.30pm. We sat on the terrace overlooking the sea drinking lovely cold wine or beer. The sun was warm and that was the start of a lovely evening. Once inside there was a lovely traditional Spanish colonial feel to the place. People weren't overly 'dressed up' as such but had obviously made a... More

Having visited this establishment twice last year and enjoyed their tapas lunch my wife and I decided we would push the boat out and try it for dinner. L'Encarnacion did not disappoint. We had originally booked a table outside but on arrival we found that there was a party going on which involved dinner for about fifty guests (all English)... More

We were recomended to this hotel & restaurant by some friends, we are usually sceptical about recomendations, however this is a little gem, setting is idealic, the views over the Mar Menor sea most pleasant. We walked along the promenade from where we parked to find this place & we were so pleasantly surprised, lots of the areas of Los... More

We went to this restaurant for a Sunday lunch after reading inspiring reviews on Tripadvisor. The location of the restaurant is excellent and the interior has certain charm. We could not get a seat at its charming yard area as it was booked for a wedding. We chose a table in the terrace overlooking the sea. There were no tapas... More
