Beautiful and relaxing

It was strange calling to do a reservation and no one answered (left a message). Nevertheless I went to the place, call 10 minutes before arrival and found out that my information was added to the reservations for the day. The place is 3 acres, not big but very well worked. I don't mind traveling from the North of the island to enjoy a good time there with my wife and friends, great wine, tapas and service.

We literally stumbled upon Bodegas by accident and couldn't believe it wasn't the #1 place to eat in Guanica. It sits on Guanica Bay and is romantically nestled under grape vine arbors strung with twinkling lights. We had no trouble getting a table on a Friday night, although it was later in the evening and not too crowded. The live... More

The place is very nice, the sangria it's amazing but the only thing we didn't like was that it was only 3 servers and the place was full of people. It took almost 2 hrs to get our order and every time we want to order something else took for ever.

Defenitely make Reservations beforehand. Fridays roll with a Tapas menu. Try all the wine and spirits sampler so you may find your best house drink. Not only the wine is nice but the Passionfruit Sangría is one of the best drinks of the House. Recommend the fresh calamare, chorizo on wine sauce, pumpkin soup and montadito skirtsteak pieces.Try the winery... More

Great view , food , music and service . Best and only winery in PR . I recomend it so that they can maintain the winery operational . It is with great effort that the owners are keeping this facility for the benefit of local and international tourism.

This place is a hidden gem. Its hours of operation are usually toward the weekends after 7 PM, and it is about 1:45 from San Juan, but well worth the drive. Live music, a breathtaking view of the stars, and Ensenada Beach are a great backdrop to the wine and dine experience. Folks are friendly, musicians will take any (and... More

My wife called several times to make a reservation but they never answered the phone. We decided to travel all the way from Las Marias, PR since the hours said 2pm to 6pm only to find out that they decided to close because of "weather". They did not even apologize for being closed, not posting it on facebook or never... More
