This is the fine dining restaurant at the Copamarina Hotel. it is owned by chef Alfredo Ayala, the dean of fine dining in Puerto Rico. Everything in the menu is excellent. You will definitely enjoy it!

Loved the fresh fried snapper, and my husband had fresh local lobster. Service was excellent in both restaurants, as we also enjoyed the main restaurant. We had no need nor interest in leaving the hotel during-- trully the kept secret in Puerto Rico!

We were staying at the Copamarina and found ourselves being ushered to Alexandra after a bit of a wait at the Cafe as a result of a lost dinner reservation, which is all to say that we were not actually happy with the situation that lead us here. The maître d' was very nice and accommodating and told us that... More

Were welcomed with warm and friendly smiles even though we had no reservations on busy Saturday in March. Salads were creative and very fresh, well thought out wine list at fair prices (for Puerto Rico), and the staff was efficient, friendly, and happy to have us there as customers. Salmon sliders were "da bomb", and our catch of the day,... More

We dined here while staying at the Copamarina resort. Our server, Michael, was great. I had the lobster and it was one of the best. We also enjoyed the wine and cheesecake. This is a must when staying in the area.

We enjoyed our meal at Alexandra. At the Copamarina you are a bit captive to the other restaurant and bar and the Alexandra which is only open for dinner and not every night was a welcome change. Food and service very nice. The only problem we had is that we were eating outside and they were showing a kids movie... More

This hotel restaurant had good food and a more interesting choice than many other restaurants in the southern central part of the island. It had attentive staff and a solid wine list.

I visited this restaurant located at Copamarina Hotel in Guanica last night and the whole experience was good except for the high prices of general food , we start with the pumpkin soup that was ok but I tried the 3 only small calamari with apparent chorizo that were good but cost 9 dollars , WOW , as main dishes... Restaurant is only open on the weekends with enough reservations. We made ours and we were the only ones. So they let us choose from the Alexandra menu anyways. Way cool and great food
