Sardines first time

We walked around Moraira and this place took our fancy, traditional Spanish even though a little too bright inside. I have never had sardines so thought I would be a devil and try them, my husband had prawns. Still not sure on the sardines but at least I tried. Beautiful paella, little wait but I... read more

We had a great meal here in what i can only describe as a proper Spanish style restaurant. We had starters of Garlic prawns & Sardines . Main was a mixed fish Paela which was very good. House wine, water, the usual ali oli & tomato dip with warm bread. Two coffee's . The bill was 65euro. I must point... More

Was hoping to eat here Valentine's night, but they were shut, so made up for it by going a week later. The food was excellent, had sardines to start and seafood paella for main, both very good quality, large portions too. The two waiters were so good and very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Proper Spanish experience! Friendly staff, great wine and food! Really helpful and didn't laugh too much at our attempts to speak Spanish haha. We have been going to Moraira many years and walked past not really realising what it was, but searched "best paella in Moraira" and this came up, we're so glad it did as we've never found such... Every time we are in Moraira we have at least one paella a week here. It is the best and believe me we have tried them all. Very small place so booking needed but we sat outside this time. On the road but so many places here are also. Can't wait to return.

A small, presumably family-run restaurant which serves a mean paella. The only downside was that the restauranteur's son (I presume) was serving in baggy jeans and a t-shirt which let the experience down.

Friends took us here a couple of weeks ago. We had to book as it is only small but still got the Spanish feeling. The owner is a great guy and helped us what to choose. We ended up with a massive mixed paella which was scrumptious. The bottom of it was stuck to the pan which apparently is correct.... More

Fabulous mixed paella to share. Service exceptional for us, very friendly. Meat and fish cooked to perfection. Sat inside as went a little chilly. Quaint restaurant, great to see some still left. See you soon.
