I had a tasty dish of spelt (farro) pasta with guinea fowl (faraona) sugo and a huge salad. Everything was freshly prepared. Nice alpine decor.

Wine list, exceptionally well priced with examples of wine from the Aosta region as well as Italy generally. Efficient friendly service, pasta dishes excellent; the area does not cater too well for non meat eaters and this restaurant reflects that. But there are vegetarian options and the local cheeses are superb.

Only had a glass of wine here but what a nice welcome and lovely service!! Just tried the local wine sitting outside but we were immediately made to feel welcome- lovely atmosphere and had we been staying longer we would have tried the food. Thanks.

When you walk in this restaurant, you don't immediately get the impression that this is a serious joint! The pasta's are fresh and very tasty! We especially liked the mushroom tagliatelle! As main the veal steak was cooked perfectly and very tender! We did not try the desserts, but I am sure they are also very good! The waiters do... More

pleasant comfortable restaurant that serves updated and somewhat gastronomic versions of mountain food without being stuffy.

This is probably the best restaurant in Cogne. Typical Valdotaine cuisine combined with the best wines from the region and the rest of Italy. I can only recommend for it's food and the friendliness of the staff. This is one of the places you have to visit.

Dining at Les Pertzes is like dining at the home of one's warmest friends. Everything is inviting. Emanuele and Luisella have a deep respect for the traditional foods of the region while also offering innovative, contemporary dishes. Entering their wine cellar is magical, where thousands of wine bottles from the region, northern Italy, and many other countries are stored. The... More

My wife is a food home economist, like to critique restaurants. She found nothing to denounce here. We loved the food AND the service.

We do like to try out different restaurants wherever we go and this one was very good. W e had read somewhere that it had 'Warm and cosy atmosphere of wood and terracotta tiles'. Also 'Valdosan and international dishes plus 800 different bottles of wine from around the world available' ! We did not test the latter , but the... More
