Food served throughout the day Eating at the Godolphin Arms is a relaxed and informal affair and we offer an all-day menu to be enjoyed whatever the occasion or mood. Our food philosophy is simple; we want to provide freshly cooked food that tastes delicious, is beautifully presented and showcases the quality and seasonality of local Cornish produce. From hearty Cornish breakfasts to relaxed lunches and intimate dinners, our menu is inspired by living and working by the sea and produce grown and farmed locally. Fresh daily bakes of the most delicious desserts and cakes are also offered up, to be enjoyed alongside the perfect cappuccino or latte. Where to eat? Lots of natural, light bathed and restful spaces - all with far-reaching views out over Mount's Bay and St Michael's Mount. Sit in the new glass and zinc extension, with doors that open out for al fresco dining during the summer months. Celebrate with family or friends around the intimate Captain's Table that seats 9 or alternatively, relax in our upper deck that has easy sofas, comfy chairs and a logburner. On the lower deck, walk straight in off the beach to the colourful and chilled-out beach bar and dining area. Outside, the beach terrace remains a place to linger, absorb the astonishing views and simply watch the world go by.

Went here for a Saturday birthday lunch - we both had the sirloin steak and it was absolutely delicious! Staff were all really friendly and smiley, and service was excellent. The views are gorgeous and the restaurant is really clean and light. Would definitely go again!

Enjoyed a few evenings having a drink and watching the sun go down with St Michael's Mount in view. Excellent friendly service and great food.

First impressions said that this was a trendy upmarket pub due to the very modern decor with the prices to match. However the prices were very reasonable for the high standard of food delivered. Stunning views of St Michael's Mount but it was near impossible to get a table to be able to enjoy it which are at a premium.... More

Staff attentive and friendly as usual. Disappointed with new menu still no hot fish platter starter 😞 please bring it back. Felt it lack vegetarian dishes if not fancying salads and the normal portabellas mushroom. Actually had difficulty in choosing but went mussels in miso. Big mistake probably my fault as not had miso before found it totally overpowered the... More

an amazing location to enjoy a drink and take in the scenery. We shared a seafood platter for lunch. It was very nice and tasty. Small recommendation- a finger bowl would be handy when you're ripping prawn heads off!!

Having spent a few days on holiday in Marazion we, were very disappointed in our extremely short visit here. The place itself looked lovely and menu inviting unfortunately that's where it ended. We arrived shortly after 8pm and waited patiently at the bar for a drink. There were around six staff behind the bar non of them acknowledged us. A... More

Stopped here on way to the Mount, great friendly service. Excellent choice of drinks and the price's were brilliant, on top of this you get a great view of St.Michaels Mount. Will call in again next time we are down this way.

It's possible that you might not have a table with a clear view of St Michael's Mount because it seems tables cannot be reserved. Never mind, there will be views of the bay, I'm sure. This was my first visit since the £2 million makeover and it feels really different, something out of Nantucket or Massachusetts coastline, in terms of... More

We arrived at 740pm and only had to wait for 10 minutes for a table. The restaurant was full. We had crab and crayfish as a starter followed by Hake as the main course. The food was wonderful and the staff were attentive and very friendly. A very popular location overlooking St Michaels Mount.
