Food served throughout the day Eating at the Godolphin Arms is a relaxed and informal affair and we offer an all-day menu to be enjoyed whatever the occasion or mood. Our food philosophy is simple; we want to provide freshly cooked food that tastes delicious, is beautifully presented and showcases the quality and seasonality of local Cornish produce. From hearty Cornish breakfasts to relaxed lunches and intimate dinners, our menu is inspired by living and working by the sea and produce grown and farmed locally. Fresh daily bakes of the most delicious desserts and cakes are also offered up, to be enjoyed alongside the perfect cappuccino or latte. Where to eat? Lots of natural, light bathed and restful spaces - all with far-reaching views out over Mount's Bay and St Michael's Mount. Sit in the new glass and zinc extension, with doors that open out for al fresco dining during the summer months. Celebrate with family or friends around the intimate Captain's Table that seats 9 or alternatively, relax in our upper deck that has easy sofas, comfy chairs and a logburner. On the lower deck, walk straight in off the beach to the colourful and chilled-out beach bar and dining area. Outside, the beach terrace remains a place to linger, absorb the astonishing views and simply watch the world go by.

Sunday Lunch was average

Came here one Sunday we pre booked on the day for a late afternoon lunch at 3pm the girl on the phone was friendly. We have had another lovely meal here today with stunning views and lovely staff. We have been a number of times in the last few months and now feel the menu is well overdue some changes please, we would love to keep coming back but not to keep seeing the same food choices. We are sure being in such a... More

The Revamp has certainly given this pub more character and they have clearly hired a contractor who knew how to make the most of the pubs location. The food is alright but the view steals the show here. the beer garden looks over st Michael's Mount and the back all is part of the tide defense. you can exit the... More

The staff are professional, welcoming and friendly, food five star! The best yellow Thai curry ever! We had meat and fish and pasta dishes, all portions fantastic and excellent tasty quality. Good value too, with stunning views and five star service, recommend to all.

Our first visit after the refit last year was not a disappointment. The huge picture windows (and for summer the outside dining areas) are wonderful. The magnificent views across to St Michaels Mount and across Mounts Bay are spectacular. The food and the service were both very good. A little bit pricey and as usual, parking in Marazion is difficult,... More

The Godolphin Arms was a lovely pub before the work done sometime ago. Now, arguably, its even better. With stunning views over Mounts Bay and St Michaels Mount, its a treat to eat there, or enjoy a drink. The staff are extremely pleasant, they are the hotels greatest asset. The food seems generally to be extermely good too. My only... More

Booked a table for a 75th birthday lunch for Mother-in-Law and requested a table with a view. It was on a Wednesday during half term and the place was simply buzzing. The table was big enough for six, so plenty of room and the view was, well. stunning! ,other-in-Law is an artist and, I reckon that she would have just... More

Staff were children and adult (!) friendly and very helpful and welcoming - even at busy times - and it does get VERY busy in season. Menu has a wide choice, from simple to more adventurous with prices to suit all budgets. A recent refit means the superb location of the Hotel's restaurant now has unimpeded views of St Michael's... We stopped and had a lovely plough and with a duck breast salad. It was so delicious! The staff were very attentive and very friendly, bringing water as soon as we sat down and regularly checking that we were ok. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone wanting large portions that are delicious at very reasonable prices!
