My partner and I were in Marazion for his 50th birthday recently and we researched restaurants in Marazion, based on reviews we decided on Ben's Cornish Kitchen. I can honestly say that I haven't tasted such lovely food in a restaurant whilst on holiday in ages. I had the brill for a main and my partner had the pork loin... More

We have admired the menu of Ben's Cornish Kitchen every time we passed so as a treat we booked on line for a Friday evening treat for the three of us. The greeting was warm and welcoming and we were offered a choice of tables. Nice atmosphere. Relaxed. Front of house attention was excellent and friendly. Great wine choice and... More

Good decor, very good toilet, attentive service without being too quick or slow. I ate three courses, each of which was delicious and I couldn't have prepared any of them at home. I will be back!

Absolutely first rate - a chef at the top of his game. Remarkably good value and a busy restaurant on a November Wednesday says it all.

From the minute we arrived to a warm welcome the evening was perfect. The aperitif of fizz with blackberry and elderflower was the start of a fantastic evening of three great courses that tasted wonderful and looked as good too. The service was friendly and knowledgable but not at all overbearing. I can't remember the last time I had three... More

Visited Ben's several times and recommended to my B&B guests more than once - all of whom have been ecstatically grateful. However, he and his staff really surpassed himself this time. Apparently, they were one person down in the kitchen but you would never have known. Every dish was perfect. Local food, beautifully cooked and presented. Although I loved the... More

The venue has a blue light surrounding the place, a welcome sign on a cold windy November night. Dishes are paired with a suitable glass of wine so you can have different ones, throughout the meal. Rolls are clotted cream brioche or fennel seed. I can recommend the crab ravioli, venison, brill, curried pudding and the white chocolate pud. Fresh... More

Delicious combination of flavours, perfectly cooked brought to your table by delightful but unintrusive staff. Look forward to returning soon.

Perfect venue for an away-from-it-all dinner for two. Quiet, attentive service. Plenty of variety in Cornish ingredients, properly cooked and served. There are alternatives within miles but this is one to savour!

Another visit to one of our favourite restaurants and another fantastic meal, with perfect food and service. Even though it was a wet, out-of-season Wednesday night, a decent number of covers ensured [as ever] an appreciative audience for Ben and Toby’s culinary talents, complemented [again, as ever] by totally professional (but friendly) front-of-house service from Rob. Although my default position... More
