Surprise birthday meal for Dad.

6 of us celebrated our fathers 75th birthday at this restaurant. For us it was the first time, but came highly recommended by my sister. The food was fabulous, well presented and sensible portions ( not an over loaded plateful ) but certainly enough to eat. This is not a cheap restaurant, but this... read more

We ate here as a family one 4 year old. The service was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. They cooked off the menu for the small guy which he polished off in no time. Our food was incredible, we've been fortunate to eat in some excellent restaurants but the food here was amazing. Self taught and... More

We had a lovely lunch for four. The staff were excellent, and the lunch menu was simple but all tempting. The food was delicious, the most notable being the curry dessert - sounds a bit weird, but very cleverly done!

Second visit in 18 months, we extended our trip to the Isles of Scilly just to eat here on Friday night. Unexpectedly and brilliantly, Bens has got better and better. Everything we ate was pitch perfect, full of flavour, unexpected combinations working beautifully together. Smoked trout with crab mayo and pickled cucumber! This place is just much so much better... What a find! This little restaurant in Marazion has blown out of the water anything that Rick Stein or Paul Smith can produce in Cornwall! That the place was teeming with people on a Thursday night - in the post Easter lull - in an off the track Cornish village overlooking Mounts Bay, should have told us all we needed to know. Recently in the headlines following a thumbs up review by renowned foodie Jay Rayner this small Cornish eaterie seems to be going from... More

Where to begin, the welcome, the service, but most of all the food were all amazing. The atmosphere was excellent and the wine list is comprehensive and well priced. The staff clearly all knew their jobs and this was demonstrated in excellent service. If you go to Marazion you have to eat at Bens Cornish Kitchen.

Lovely lunch in attractive restaurant. Service first class and friendly; food delicious and full of flavour. Fixed price 2 or 3 course lunch with wines matched to the dishes. Couldn't fault the lunch.

We had a fabulous evening at this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and the service was very good. The menu had just the right amount of options with good variety. The food was superb and everything was cooked to perfection! All in all a fantastic restaurant in a great setting.
